Daiso Japan | Sushi Socks & Menthol Nose Plug

Daiso is famous for its 100-yen items, which are similar to those in a dollar store.

You can find affordable and quality products here like cosmetics, food, kitchenwares, stationery, and sometimes seasonal goods. ✨

My purpose of going to Daiso was to find a box and bubble wrap for a friend...Something about shipping. It is a lengthy story, so I will be making a separate blog for that.😎

I visited the nearest Daiso in my hotel located near the Tengachaya Station.

First item on the rack was these pressed on nails. Oh Gosh,😩 lots and lots of design. I think I can find a nail for every occasion. I go for the neutral colors if I am to ask!

Do you know that feeling when you want something because you find it cute, but you do not really need it? 😌

That was I exactly felt when I took this picture, haha. I can spend a whole day here cherry-picking what I like, but time is precious when you are in a hurry.

What stroke me most was these uber cute socks.

to see these tabi socks. The black socks with a lucky cat design were my favorite. I hella had a lot of socks already, and I thought I would probably wear them once or twice and would get over it soon. I should resist! Hahah. 😆

Wow, they have china designs here. The dragon socks were fire! Is that Shenron from DBZ? (It is an anime reference 😁)

In the wellness section, I saw some ice pack bags, some couch drops, a fever patch... and wait a minute! 🤔

A scented nose plug. Wow, it was my first time seeing a menthol-flavored nose plug. Normally, I just see those unscented ones. A nose plug is used for snoring problems, allergies, and other medical uses such as nose bleeding. Should I take the scented one for my dust allergy?

They came in different sizes for adults and kids.

I was thinking, would the menthol have a burning sensation to the nose? 🤔

Candies and teas. Dried fruits like grapes and pineapples. If you want a quick healthy snack, get it here in Daiso.

‼️A quick tip if you go to Japan. Always and always carry cash with you. Not all stores accept cards here even grocery stores. Virtually every convenience as an ATM, so you can withdraw if you ran out of cash.

I thought I would can something for myself from Daiso. I mean, we got Daiso back in the Philippines, but I will treat this trinket as a souvenir from Japan.

These are origami papers that you can fold to create shapes or figures using just one paper. Back in times, they used origami during ceremonies and for cultural purposes.

Today, it can be used for education, decoration, or even just give them as a gift.

Got the sakura and assorted decoration 🌸

I am so happy that I got to see a Daiso store here. Happy with my origami. 🥰🌸
