Some places never truly die
DESCRIBE WHAT YOU FEEL:
I feel a sense of abandonment and curiosity.
DESCRIBE WHAT YOU SEE:
I see an abandoned building with vines all around it and people passing by it.
Miguel walks down an empty pathway with the scent of damp stone and wild vines that claimed the city. He remembers when buildings were alive with music and the sound of joy from people dancing to the music. Now only echoes of laughter and music remain. The city was abandoned decades ago, left to time or something not very good. People like Miguel still pass through searching for something. Some come for relics others out of curiosity and a few to remember.
As Miguel walks his fingers brush against a rusted frame of an old vehicle covered in moss. A shadow flickers in the broken window above but when he looks up there's nothing, just the whisper of wind through abandoned corridors Miguel sighs and keeps walking pass. Some places never truly die.
Lots of love from jhymie 🥰

Miguel is right. Some places never truly die.
Yeah, he is. Thanks for coming by.
A ghost city instead of a ghost village, did people leave to live freely on the country side?

I'm curious about what might have caused the abandonment of a city. Surely, it's not a pleasant experience.
I doubt it was a pleasant experience but that remains a mystery. Thanks for stopping by.
What we've come to see as death is not actually an end but a continuation in another frequency, time and vibration. It could be memories or stories told from generations to generations.
In 200 years, should World War III break out, the survivors will walk those paths you describe, full of pain, of memories that are already forgotten.
That's one way to look at it.
Will people ever return to give it a new life? Or will nature reclaim the land?
I don't really know, only time will tell I guess.
