Relax at SELADANG until late at Night
Hello Hive friends, it's been a long time since I wrote because I was too busy with my work recently, now I will share a story about friendship and a very warm coffee place, This place belongs to a friend who is very skilled at preparing drinks, he also really inspires all his friends with ideas and motivation.
This place is called KOPI SELADANG which is located in Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh region, Indonesia. Founded by a cultural figure and a motivator for me, he is Mr.Sadikin or usually called Mr.Gembel, he has a pleasant demeanor when chatting with him, humorous and creative, anyone would be happy if they met him.
With a naturalistic and educational theme, surrounded by Arabica coffee plantations, a cafe concept that offers visitors comfort while drinking coffee on a coffee plantation. "Gere ara Kupi, Gere ara Cerite" is the motto of this place, which means "if there is no coffee, don't talk".
There are always guests who visit this place just to tell stories and ask for their opinions, day and night this place is always busy with visitors.
For me, this place is very special, anyone who visits me will definitely take me to this place. By chatting seriously while warming your body with firewood at night.
I just need a cup of coffee to inspire me to tell stories, be it business, activity plans or innovations to help local communities in many ways. with a friend who came from out of town, who visited me to support the social activities he was doing.
The night was cold and the campfire was burning, and the warmth brought a very beautiful and calm atmosphere.
And this is my friend named Adi, a catalyst and also an environmental activist, he dedicates himself to educating the public about the importance of protecting the boundaries of protected forests or conservation areas.
He was very happy when I took him to this place, he really enjoyed sitting at night looking at the view of the coffee plantations and the very unique cafe decoration art. combining a cafe and a coffee plantation. It also provides various types of traditional food for visitors to enjoy, such as boiled sweet potatoes, which have become extinct and forgotten.
Mr Gembel as he is called, he is the owner of this place, in his hands this place has been turned into a beautiful place for visitors to visit. a combination of naturalism and ethnicity. If you come to Central Aceh you will definitely pass by this place. Please visit here.
I invited Adi to take photos at my favorite place when I came here, it was a project from Mr. Gembel using a pumpkin object with a tunnel, using all types of pumpkins to show off to visitors while providing a little education about pumpkins.
For me, this tunnel is like a beautiful work of art, very inspiring for someone who has an artistic soul. Anyone who passes through will find a different impression, it's like you've entered a fairy world, with the sound of the splashing water of the artificial river and the cool air of the plantation as well as the fragrant aroma of flowers.
I will share another story about this place, I will try to review the food and drink menu another time. and give me your support to motivate me to share more.
and thank you for reading my story, all photos and writing are my own @jhonbruce.
