Nuevamente la organización para jugar al vóley en tiempo récord, si bien hace unos días se venía hablando que debíamos volver a jugar, hoy se armaron los equipos y la convocatoria en menos de una hora (como casi siempre).

Lo de hoy fue verdaderamente un show ya que con @egonz pasamos por casa a cambiarnos y ponernos la ropa adecuada para jugar al vóley pero nos olvidamos de llevar la pelota de vóley para jugar, cuando estábamos allí conseguimos una pelota con la cara del señor Wilson pero lamentablemente estaba muy desinflada, para nosotros que hemos jugado bajo la lluvia, con calor devastador, cayéndonos y lastimándonos las piernas y las rodillas, jugar con una pelota desinflada no era nada. Pero poco a poco las mujeres se quejaban más y más del dolor en sus manos que provocaba golpear la pelota desinflada.

While we were there, we got a ball with Mr. Wilson's face on it, but unfortunately, it was very deflated. For us, who have played in the rain, in devastating heat, falling and hurting our legs and knees, playing with a deflated ball was nothing. But little by little, the women complained more and more about the pain in their hands caused by hitting the deflated ball.

Después de casi 30 minutos de juego, caídas y sobre todo muchas risas, conseguimos que alguien nos preste los elementos necesarios para poder inflar la pelota, lo hicimos y a partir de allí comenzamos a jugar nuevamente, pero los golpes eran diferentes ya que la pelota picaba mucho, estaba muy dura y a las chicas les hacía doler las manos y los brazos. , Al principio era difícil porque estaba desinflada y ahora era difícil porque estaba muy inflada. El show continuaba, seguíamos jugando (o intentando jugar) pero lo que sí disfrutamos es de las risas, los Bloopers y lo mal que jugamos.

Aún con golpes en la cara, en España, en cualquier lado menos en las manos donde nosotros podemos enviar la pelota hacia dónde queremos. Siguieron las risas, siguió la diversión, siguió el SHOW. Para ese momento las canchas vecinas, de tenis, de pádel y de fútbol estaba llena de niños ya que en el quincho adjunto la cancha se festejaba un cumpleaños infantil.

Llegó la hora de retirarnos y dejar libre la cancha, Super cansados, creo que dolía más el abdomen de tantas risas que los brazos de tantos golpes, aún así una vez más nos hemos divertido como sólo nosotros sabemos hacerlo. Otro de esos encuentros donde quedan grabadas anécdotas de las que estoy seguro que recordaremos por siempre.

It was time to retire and clear the court. We were super tired. I think my stomach hurt more from laughing so much than my arms from taking so many hits. Still, once again, we had fun like only we know how. Another one of those games where anecdotes remain etched in our memory that I'm sure we'll remember forever.
