Hoy tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer un condominio "El Portal" en el cual se están construyendo casas familiares y de lo cual tenemos la responsabilidad de comercializar.

Nuevamente tengo la oportunidad de ser quien realice las tomas fotográficas y de video, tanto de pie como aéreas.

Aquí quiero destacar la importancia del horario y la dirección del sol para realizar estas tomas, es muy importante conocer la orientación de los inmuebles ya que si intentamos obtener imágenes con el sol de frente es muy diferente a tener el sol detrás.

En el caso de esta propiedad, si las tomas hubiesen sido por la mañana no se podría haber apreciado mucho ya que las cabañas tienen su frente al oeste hacia donde se pone el sol, por ello que en este horario ha sido perfecto.
In the case of this property, if the shots had been taken in the morning it would not have been much appreciated since the cabins face west towards where the sun sets, so at this time it has been perfect .
Es por ello la importancia de conocer la orientación y el objetivo que deseamos conseguir con las tomas que realizamos.

@marpa Muchas gracias, con respecto a la orientación es muy importante llevar en cuenta ya que en otras oportunidades que no me favorecía tanto la luz del sol, las tomas no quedaban como me hubiese gustado. Saludos!
