A new presentation and groundbreaking for a new project in Ciudad del Este.

Hoy fuimos convidados a la palada inicial de uno de los desarrollos mas representativos en el este del país, es el segundo proyecto de "Saphira residence". Em su primer desarrollo "Saphira", un edificio de 6 pisos con un total de 16 departamentos exclusivos en el corazón de ciudad del este, en una de las zonas mas exclusivas cercano al lago de la república y a 5 minutos del puente que une Paraguay con brasil.

Today we were invited to the groundbreaking of one of the most iconic developments in the east of the country, the second project of "Saphira Residence." In its first development, "Saphira," a six-story building with a total of 16 exclusive apartments, is located in the heart of Ciudad del Este, in one of the most exclusive areas near Lake La República and 5 minutes from the bridge that connects Paraguay with Brazil.

En este nuevo lanzamiento de la misma desarrolladora bajo el nombre de "Grand Saphira" que se trata de un edificio único en su tipo en Alto Paraná iniciando así una nueva tendencia constructiva de altas exigencias. Hoy se hicieron presentes empresarios destacados, personajes políticos, muchos colegas inmobiliarios y amigos. Estuvimos presentes parte del equipo de mi oficina representando la red Remax de Paraguay.

This new launch by the same developer, under the name "Grand Saphira," is a one-of-a-kind building in Alto Paraná, ushering in a new trend of high-end construction. Prominent businesspeople, politicians, many real estate colleagues, and friends were present today. Part of my office team, representing the Remax network in Paraguay, was also present.

Este tipo de eventos es muy importante ya que recibimos información actualizada del mercado inmobiliario, volvemos a reencontrarnos con amigos y colegas, conocemos nuevas personas y sobretodo se generan nuevos negocios como es el caso de hoy: En el lugar nos encontramos con una pareja de clientes con quienes habíamos alquilado una oficina corporativa, ellos me comentaron que habían comprado un departamento sin asesoría y hoy necesitaban capitalizarse, todo esto me abrió las puertas para ayudarles a gestionar la venta de su unidad y ayudarles en su sueño de reinvertir en otros proyectos.

This type of event is very important because we receive updated information on the real estate market, we meet up with friends and colleagues, we meet new people and above all we generate new business as is the case today: There we met a couple of clients with whom we had rented a corporate office, they told me that they had bought an apartment without advice and today they needed to capitalize, all of this opened the doors for me to help them manage the sale of their unit and help them in their dream of reinvesting in other projects.

Cada día tengo la experiencia de aprender un poco mas, de conectar con personas y esto no tiene precio!

Every day I have the experience of learning a little more, of connecting with people and this is priceless!
