Si hay alguien que llama la atención pero no con los gritos es el flemático, este es como Wally: siempre está.

El flemático es ese amigo que se aguanta todo, es muy difícil que lo veas enojado, nunca se enoja y sobretodo y lo más importante creo que transmite una paz tremenda como cuando el grupo se descontrola es este el que sostiene todo, ¿te recuerda a alguien?.

Ahora, conozcamos al flemático y observemos algunas de las características que lo desenmascara: los flemáticos calmo, pacífico, paciente y es un buen escuchador por excelencia, durante todo momento evitar el conflicto sea como sea, es muy adaptativo en cualquier situación y toma las decisiones de manera muy lenta, le cuesta, también podemos decir que tiene un humor seco que muchas veces impacta o sorprende.

Lo más importante es saber cómo podemos identificar el flemático y para ello debemos prestar atención a las siguientes características: el flemático es ese que nunca hace quilombo pero también nunca falta, cuando tenés algo que decir él te escucha sin interrumpir y generalmente sólo con una frase que te tire te hace pensar y reflexionar profundamente. Pareciera que el flemático absolutamente nada le afecta pero si sufre por dentro ya que éste no lo expresa con facilidad, se inclina por la paz antes que tener la razón.

If we have a person with a phlegmatic temperament, how do we speak to a phlegmatic person? We must speak to them calmly, with the utmost respect and generally without pressure. Cómo bien sabemos cada temperamento tiene las fortalezas de las cuales podemos apalancarnos ya sea porque nosotros tengamos ese temperamento dominante o alguien de influencia: las fortalezas de flemático es la constancia, la confiabilidad y no se deja llevar por impulsos, si tú eres un colérico te viene muy bien tener un socio flemático. Éste sabe mediar, unir y apaciguar la atmósfera. Un flemático es muy importante para aquellos equipos que necesitan tener mayor estabilidad ya que tampoco se deja arrastrar por las emociones fuertes o impulsos.

Si tú eres una persona con temperamento flemático estoy seguro que hay muchas cosas que no te gusta y en esta ocasión te comparto algunas de las debilidades del flemático que puedes trabajarlo para mejorar como persona: es importante que no postergues tanto las tomas de decisiones, debes aprender a decir qué es lo que estás sintiendo en determinado momento, también es muy importante que te permitas dar el paso para salir de tu zona de confort en el momento que sea necesario y muy importante es que no evites el conflicto a toda costa, hay ocasiones en la que hay que simplemente poner los límites bien claros.

Recuerda que el flemático es aquel que cuando hay algún lío todos vienen a consultarle porque nunca se mete en chismes y casi siempre es el único que permanece imparcial. Está claro que la mayoría de las veces tardas 1000 años para responder pero cuando lo hace le da en el ojo. En lugar de decirle que se apure podemos decirle lo siguiente_ "Cuando puedas, contame tu idea porque me interesa realmente lo que estás pensando" esta simple frase abre puertas para que te deposite su confianza.
