Hoy ha sido un día de mucho trabajo, mucho movimiento, altibajos y mas . . .

Today has been a busy day, full of action, ups and downs, and more...

Hemos iniciado desde las 08:00 de la mañana con nuestra reunión "Mentoring semanal" donde trabajamos las métricas del trabajo realizado en la semana y establecemos pautas de trabajo para la siguiente semana, es un excelente momento para afinar estrategias y sobretodo recibir capacitación para la mejora continua.

We started at 8:00 a.m. with our weekly Mentoring meeting, where we worked on the metrics for the week's work and established work guidelines for the following week. It's an excellent time to fine-tune strategies and, above all, receive training for continuous improvement.

No pude terminar la reunión con el equipo ya que llegaba la hora de la visita pactada con un cliente, visitaríamos un departamento que tengo a la venta, llegamos y realizamos la visita y después concurrimos a otra visita en un desarrollo donde tengo unidades de departamentos en venta en pozo.

I couldn't finish the meeting with the team because it was time for the scheduled visit with a client. We were to visit an apartment I have for sale. We arrived and made the visit, then went on another visit to a development where I have apartment units for sale.

Ya para las 11:00 am de regreso a la oficina, teniendo trabajo administrativo pendiente como: La elaboración de un contrato, una autorización, dos entrevistas con clientes, una reunión para firma de documentos y mas. NO lo pude hacer ya que me llamaron para presentar un local comercial en alquiler. Llegué a tiempo e iniciamos la negociación, propuesta y unos ajustes, (Espero cerrar esa transacción para mañana), inmediatamente después de eso de camino al auto me llama el dueño de un edificio indicándome que necesitaba que yo atienda a dos clientes que estaban queriendo alquilar su departamento, arranqué en dirección al edificio que se ubica a 50m de mi oficina. En el camino me llamó un cliente con quien teníamos pendiente la definición de la venta de un departamento antes de las 12:00am, me llama para decirme que ha desistido de la compra (Después de haber realizado una excelente negociación por él), pero bueno, es parte del show. Me entrevisté con los interesados del departamento, finalizamos y me invitaron a almorzar (desistí porque aún tenía trabajo pendiente), al momento de la despedida me encontré con dos clientes de una gran empresa con la que ya había hecho negocios, me hicieron un pedido de reunión para mañana.

By 11:00 am I was back at the office, having pending administrative work such as: preparing a contract, an authorization, two interviews with clients, a meeting to sign documents and more. I could not do it because they called me to present a commercial space for rent. I arrived on time and we began the negotiation, proposal and some adjustments, (I hope to close that transaction by tomorrow), immediately after that on my way to the car the owner of a building calls me indicating that he needed me to attend to two clients who were looking to rent their apartment, I started in the direction of the building located 50m from my office. On the way, a client with whom we had pending the definition of the sale of an apartment called me before 12:00 am, he calls me to tell me that he has withdrawn from the purchase (After having made an excellent negotiation for him), but hey, it's part of the show. I interviewed with the apartment stakeholders, we finalized the interview, and they invited me to lunch (I dropped out because I still had pending work). As we said goodbye, I ran into two clients from a large company I'd already done business with. They requested a meeting for tomorrow.

Al fin llegué a la oficina a las 13:00, comencé con el trabajo administrativo, a las 14:00 mi esposa me trajo el almuerzo y la gran noticia que estará contatando una asistente para este tipo de trabajo!, ya se acercaban las 15:00pm y tenía que realizar la firma de un contrato y cierre de un alquiler comercial, tan solo en 15 minutos logré coordinar con las partes la reunión en la escribanía, hice el contrato, cobré, pagué y terminamos felices, todo para poder llega a reunirme con otro cliente que me compró 2 unidades de departamentos y tengo que entregarle sus documentos ya que compró aquí en Paraguay pero pagó en Buenos Aires, (Ahora estoy negociando un departamento con pago en USDT, aquí es posible).

I finally arrived at the office at 1:00 PM and started the administrative work. At 2:00 PM, my wife brought me lunch and the great news: she'd be hiring an assistant for this type of work! It was already approaching 3:00 PM, and I had to sign a contract and close a commercial lease. In just 15 minutes, I was able to coordinate the meeting at the notary's office with the parties. I drew up the contract, collected the payment, and we ended happily. All this so I could meet with another client who bought two apartment units from me. I have to deliver his documents since he bought them here in Paraguay but paid in Buenos Aires. (I'm currently negotiating an apartment with payment in USDT, which is possible here.)

Nuevamente mi cliente pospuso la reunión y eso me dió tiempo para realizar 5 llamados y negociar las condiciones de alquiler del local comercial visitado por la mañana, finalmente despues de realizar compras en el supermercado fuí a la casa de mis padres @comandoyeya y @gracerolon a buscar a mis hijas. (Fui yo solo porque mi esposa asistió a su cena de top producers) aún me encuentro haciendo algunas negociaciones y dando por finalizado mi día laboral.

My client postponed the meeting again, giving me time to make five calls and negotiate the lease terms for the commercial space I'd visited that morning. Finally, after shopping at the supermarket, I went to my parents' house, @comandoyeya and @gracerolon, to pick up my daughters. (I went alone because my wife attended her top producers dinner.) I'm still negotiating and calling it a day.

Ha sido un día muy intenso y a la vez muy satisfactorio, con momentos muy tensos y otros muy placentero, en definitiva: esta vida de corredor inmobiliario no es para cualquiera.

It's been a very intense yet very satisfying day, with some tense moments and others that are very pleasant. In short, this life as a real estate agent isn't for everyone.
