I tend to use it all the time, but sometimes I don't use it when I am in the lane that is turning left or right only. I think that if the decision isn't determined, you should use it. However, it doesn't hurt to turn it on even if you are in the lane with that direction.

You said it well! It doesn't hurt to use them even when it's obvious where we want to turn... I can't understand people who don't use blinkers at all!
