I think its better to keep your voting power a bit higher, and vote with a lower percentage. I think there is a slight decrease in what you get, and I think its good so long as its above 70%. That way, I can come back the next day and not have it overfill.

It's too bad about the 3tune post, but I haven't been as interested in that as much lately. I usually just stick to the usual stuff that I listen to (video game music). As for Hive being in the dumps, not much we can do about it. The DHF still has its issues, but with VSC coming out, I think there might be a bit more out there for Hive. Maybe we can see some new users.
