Back to Santa Ana del Tachira. Another memorable ride (English/Spanish)

Love greetings to all my Hive friends, especially to the Wednesday adventurers. A few days ago I had the opportunity to take an amazing ride to Santa Ana del Táchira with my dear @aly.squid. This is not the first time we visited this beautiful place by motorcycle, but without a doubt, this last time was pretty special. We have been going to this beautiful town quite often, since we made a nice friendship with a nice teacher of a local school, who invited us to tell stories with the little students of this beautiful institution. And we have traveled several times to tell stories, play and laugh with these wonderful children.

What I love most about traveling the roads to Santa Ana is the beauty of the scenery. The imposing mountains, the blue sky that merges with the horizon and the colorful flowers that adorn the road create a truly inspiring environment. Not to mention all the rivers we travelers encounter and delight in along the roadside. Every corner of this place looks like something out of a fairy tale, and I can't help but feel grateful to have the opportunity to enjoy so much natural beauty.

From the moment we arrived at the José Armando Adarmes Laguado State School, where the activity was to take place, we could feel the excitement and positive energy emanating from the children. They welcomed us with beaming smiles and curious eyes, eager to discover what stories we had prepared for them. We sat in a circle on the floor, and began to read aloud to the children.

It was amazing to see how the children's eyes sparkled with every word. They listened attentively, every teaching they found in the pages of the books. The magic of reading was present at that moment, uniting people of different ages around the beauty of words. The connection that was created between us and the children through reading was truly special, and left us with a sense of gratitude and joy.

After the reading activity, we took a ride on the motorcycle through the town, enjoying the beautiful Plaza Bolivar and its imposing blue church that blends in with the sky. We enjoyed the cool weather during the morning and later we took off our coats as the sun began to warm up. But the weather in Santa Ana is very pleasant, neither the cold nor the heat is annoying or excessive.

At the end of the day, we returned home with our hearts full of happiness and the certainty that we had lived a unique experience. Because every little school we go to to share stories with the children, we learn new things. Although we had already visited Santa Ana del Táchira on several occasions, this time was special because of the magic that was unleashed around reading and the company of those wonderful children. In addition, every drive along this beautiful road surrounded by nature is also very special.

For now I say goodbye anxious to share a new ride with you, I don't know what will be our next destination on the literary route, but I'm sure we will enjoy the trip. So I hope to be here next week, telling you about a new adventure. I leave you a big hug.

De regreso a Santa Ana del Táchira. Otro paseo memorable (Ingles/Español)

Un saludo amoroso para todos mis amigos de Hive, especialmente a los aventureros de los miércoles. Hace unos días tuve la oportunidad de realizar un increíble paseo a Santa Ana del Táchira junto a mi querida @aly.squid. Esta no es la primera vez que visitamos este hermoso lugar en moto, pero sin duda, esta última vez fue bastante especial. Hemos estado yendo a este hermoso pueblo bastante seguido, ya que hicimos una bonita amistad con una simpática profesora de una escuelita local, quien nos invitó a contar historias con los pequeños estudiantes de esta bella institución. Y hemos viajado varias veces para contarhistorias, jugar y reír con estos niños maravillosos.

Lo que más adoro de recorrer los caminos rumbo a Santa Ana es la belleza de sus paisajes. Las imponentes montañas, el cielo azul que se funde con el horizonte y las coloridas flores que adornan el camino crean un entorno realmente inspirador. Sin mencionar todos los ríos con los que los viajeros nos encontramos y deleitamos a la orilla de la carretera. Cada rincón de este lugar parece sacado de un cuento de hadas, y no puedo evitar sentirme agradecida por tener la oportunidad de disfrutar de tanta belleza natural.

Desde que llegamos a la Escuela Estadal Licenciado José Armando Adarmes Laguado, donde se llevaría a cabo la actividad, pudimos sentir la emoción y la energía positiva que emanaba de los niños. Nos recibieron con sonrisas radiantes y ojos curiosos, ansiosos por descubrir qué historias teníamos preparadas para ellos. Nos sentamos en un círculo en el suelo, y comenzamos a leer en voz alta para los niños.

Fue increíble ver cómo los ojos de los niños brillaban con cada palabra. Escuchaban atentamente, cada enseñanza que encontraban en las páginas de los libros. La magia de la lectura se hizo presente en ese momento, uniendo a personas de diferentes edades en torno a la belleza de las palabras. La conexión que se creó entre nosotras y los niños a través de la lectura fue verdaderamente especial, y nos dejó una sensación de gratitud y alegría.

Después de la actividad de lectura, dimos un paseo en la moto por el pueblo, disfrutando de la bella Plaza Bolívar y de su imponente iglesia de color azul que se confunde con el cielo. Disfrutamos de su clima fresco durante la mañana y más tarde nos retiramos los abrigos ya que comenzó a calentar el sol. Pero el clima en Santa Ana es muy agradable, ni el frió ni el calor resultan molestos o excesivos.

Al final del día, regresamos a casa con el corazón lleno de felicidad y la certeza de que habíamos vivido una experiencia única. Porque a cada escuelita a la que vamos para compartir historias con los niños, aprendemos cosas nuevas. A pesar de que ya habíamos visitado Santa Ana del Táchira en varias ocasiones, esta vez fue especial por la magia que se desató alrededor de la lectura y la compañía de esos maravillosos niños. Además cada recorrido por esta hermosa carretera rodeada de naturaleza también es muy especial.

Por ahora me despido ansiosa de compartir un nuevo paseo con ustedes, no se cual sea nuestro próximo destino en la ruta literaria, pero estoy segura de que disfrutaremos el viaje. Así que espero estar aquí la próxima semana, contándoles de una nueva aventura. Les dejo un fuerte abrazo.
