My Hive highlight 2023 [esp] [eng]

Es normal que al final de un año queramos repasar un poco de lo vivido en él, pues si hay algo que ayuda mucho al desarrollo personal es la capacidad de auto evaluarnos para corregir y potenciar las cosas que hayamos hecho. Estando con estos pensamientos, me topé con esta invitación de nuestros amigos de @rutablockchain, la cual nos incentiva a resaltar nuestros logros del 2023 junto a nuestra amada blockchain de hive.

Dos "pequeños" logros

En primer lugar, quisiera mencionar dos puntos particulares que los considero un comienzo de cosas grandiosas para el año venidero, en este sentido, los he llamado dos "pequeños" logros. El primero es en relación con el reto de la creación de contenido para los 365 días del año, no tanto por lo que él implica sino porque aunque faltando dos meses realmente no pude continuar me hizo retomar la pasión de los primeros días en Hive donde publicaba diariamente. Esto quiere decir que todavía late en mí esta necesidad, por lo que voy a disponerme a retomarla en el próximo año, no olvidando que en este 2023 fue cuando me he reencontrado de nuevo con esta pasión.

El segundo punto es en relación con el proyecto de humanitas, del cual soy cofundador junto a mi amigo @filoriologo, pues, aunque hemos tenido un comienzo lento, hemos crecido paulatinamente, y esto gracias a la variedad de iniciativas que tuvimos en el transcurso del año, muy contento porque he comprobado hay mucha sed de contenido humanístico dentro de la web 3.

Acompañamiento en meetups y exposiciones de Hive

En este año, pude continuar lo que comenzó en el 2022 cuando luego de la iniciativa de @hivecreatorsday de conocer a algunos hivers del país, pude entrar en contacto con los de la región y así conformar el grupo de @hiversbqto, al cual le hemos apoyado en algunos de sus meetups, que son reuniones donde se da a conocer las bondades de nuestra blockchain a un público específico en lugares concretos, el que se realizó en la UCLA dirigido a artistas es un ejemplo claro de esto.

Ahora bien, más allá de los meetups que son una forma grandiosa de dar a conocer a Hive, de este año me gustaría resaltar que me han encantado las ocasiones en que he podido ser parte del stand de la blockchain en ciertos espacios que nos han dado la oportunidad de estar presente, tales como la Expo-Tecno Digital y el Lara Fest.

Ambos momentos fueron realmente una gran oportunidad para conversar y mostrar los beneficios que tiene Hive para todo el mundo, incluso más allá de la creación de contenidos, ya que prácticamente nos encontramos antes una blockchain multipropósito donde podemos construir lo que se nos ocurra: juegos, pasarelas de pago, intercambios, etc. No sin razón, este ha sido un año donde diversos proyectos dentro de Hive han tenido un empuje significativo: SPK Network, VSC, son solo algunos de los que puedo nombrar.

Si considero un logro el hecho de haber podido participar en diversos eventos donde Hive ha sido invitado, también lo es el haber podido conectar con hivers de otras partes del país de manera presencial, tales como @lunaticanto, @mundomanaure, @caribayarte, @fermionico, @danielvehe, son excelentes personas, de las del tipo que tú sientes vale la pena apostar por una comunidad así, conformada por gente que tienen un objetivo común y que desde su parcela propia se mantienen sumando y aportando valor. De la misma manera me siento contenido de haber conocido a otros hivers de la ciudad, cuyo trabajo es inmenso y de muchísima presencia y valía, estos son: @tsunsica y @jcrodriguez.

Presencia de las ciencias humanas en la web 3

La tecnología avanza y el ser humano debe estar atento para avanzar con ella, para que no construyamos solo una sociedad más técnica sino también más humana. Por esta razón, estoy muy contento de que desde el proyecto Humanitas de Hive hayamos este año apoyado más de cerca la II jornada de filosofía que desde el decanato de humanidades y artes de la UCLA se planificó en lo que fue su segundo año consecutivo de realización.

Esto es un logro porque además de ser una muestra del agradecimiento de la blockchain por formar parte de un número de la revista científica de la mencionada casa de estudios, también fue una ocasión fenomenal para mostrar que este nueva tecnología, llamada blockchain, web 3, entre otros apelativos, no está lejos de las realidades humanas cotidianas al contrario incentiva su reflexión, profundización y aquí en Hive tiene un espacio digital y una comunidad de la cual formar parte.

It is normal that at the end of a year we want to review a bit of what we lived in it, because if there is something that helps a lot to personal development is the ability to self-evaluate ourselves to correct and enhance the things we have done. With these thoughts in mind, I came across this invitation from our friends at @rutablockchain, which encourages us to highlight our achievements in 2023 along with our beloved Hive blockchain.

Two "small" achievements

First, I would like to mention two particular points that I consider a beginning of great things for the coming year. In this sense, I have called them two "small" achievements. The first is in relation to the challenge of creating content for 365 days of the year, not so much because of what it implies, but because even though I couldn't continue two months from the end, it made me regain the passion of the early days on Hive where I published daily. This means that this need still beats in me, so I will be prepared to resume it in the coming year, not forgetting that it was in this 2023 that I have found myself again with this passion.

The second point is related to the Humanitas project, of which I am a co-founder with my friend @filoriologo. Although we had a slow start, we have grown gradually, and this thanks to the variety of initiatives we had during the year. I am very happy because I have confirmed that there is a great thirst for humanistic content within web 3.

Support for Hive meet

In this year, I was able to continue what began in 2022 when, following the initiative of @hivecreatorsday to meet some hivers from the country, I was able to get in touch with those from the region and thus form the group of @hiversbqto, which we have supported in some of their meetups, which are meetings where the benefits of our blockchain are known to a specific audience in specific places. The one that took place at UCLA directed at artists is a clear example of this.

Now, beyond the meetups, which are a great way to introduce Hive, I would like to highlight from this year the occasions when I have been able to be part of the blockchain's stand in certain spaces that have given us the opportunity to be present, such as the Expo-Tecno Digital and the Lara Fest.

Both moments were really a great opportunity to talk and show the benefits that Hive has for everyone, even beyond content creation, as we are practically faced with a multi-purpose blockchain where we can build whatever we can think of: games, payment gateways, exchanges, etc. Not without reason, this has been a year where various projects within Hive have had a significant boost: SPK Network, VSC, are just a few of the ones I can name.

If I consider it an achievement to have been able to participate in various events where Hive has been invited, it is also the fact of having been able to connect with hivers from other parts of the country in person, such as @lunaticanto, @mundomanaure, @caribayarte, @fermionico, @danielvehe. They are excellent people, of the kind that you feel it is worth betting on a community like this, made up of people who have a common goal and who, from their own plot, continue to add and contribute value. In the same way, I feel content to have met other hivers from the city, whose work is immense and of great presence and worth, these are: @tsunsica and @jcrodriguez.

Presence of the humanities in web 3

Technology is advancing and human beings must be attentive to advance with it, so that we do not build only a more technical society but also a more human one. For this reason, I am very happy that from the Humanitas project of Hive, we have this year supported more closely the II philosophy day that was planned by the deanship of humanities and arts of the UCLA in what was its second consecutive year of realization.

This is an achievement because in addition to being a sign of appreciation of the blockchain for being part of an issue of the scientific journal of the aforementioned university, it was also a phenomenal opportunity to show that this new technology, called blockchain, web 3, among other names, is not far from everyday human realities on the contrary, it encourages reflection, deepening and here in Hive has a digital space and a community to be part of.
