Hive Open Mic Week 291 || A Cover of "In love with Jesus" [Eng/Esp]

Hello friends of the hive open mic community, my name is @jesus-son and I welcome you all to my blog on this occasion of the week 291 of the openmic events and this week with the theme of Harmonious Autumn. It's a theme that so much fit into the season of the year.

Following the theme, of the week, I decided to do a song that helps us to reflect so well while enjoying the breeze of the autumn season. I hope that you would find what I bring to you interesting.

I made a Cover of the song by the renowned Nigerian church music composer, Evang. Jude Nnam and it is titled "In Love with Jesus"

It is one of the songs by Jude that I admire so much. This song expresses the desire to enter deeper in love with the Lord. What a beauty.

It is something that every creature should actually crave for, that is a deeper relationship with our Lord. When we are so much united with the Lord, we would understand better our existence and learn how to relate appropriately with our fellow men and women.

The chorus of the song goes this, 'take me, deeper in love with you Jesus, deeper in love, hold me, closer in love with you Jesus closer in love with you.

The first verse expresses that there is a longing that only the Lord can satisfy. Thus, it is not a mere longing for food or something to drink but something transcendent. It is the longing for the Lord.

This longing can only be quenched by the Lord Himself by showing Himself to us. But God cannot shown Himself to us if we do not long for Him.

But the good thing is that the Lord actually reveals Himself to whoever seeks Him. It may be in different ways and may be in very common ways but He reveals Himself to us. He is not stingy with His presence.

God is a generous God and continues to make Himself visible to us. Therefore dear friends, let us open up ourselves to the Lord that He may show Himself mighty in our lives.

Making this song did not give me much troubles as I knew the song so well. I played the piano from my head and not with the chord sheet. For me it's more interesting when I play on my own and try to add my own style of melody.

Hola amigos de la comunidad de hive open mic, mi nombre es @jesus-son y les doy la bienvenida a todos a mi blog en esta ocasión de la semana 291 de los eventos de openmic y esta semana con el tema de Otoño Armonioso. Es un tema que encaja mucho en la estación del año.

Siguiendo con el tema de la semana, decidí hacer una canción que nos ayude a reflexionar tan bien mientras disfrutamos de la brisa de la temporada otoñal. Espero que encuentres interesante lo que te traigo.

Hice una versión de la canción del renombrado compositor de música religiosa nigeriana, Evang. Jude Nnam y se titula "Enamorados de Jesús"

Es una de las canciones de Jude que tanto admiro. Este canto expresa el deseo de profundizar en el amor del Señor. Que belleza.

Es algo que toda criatura debería anhelar: una relación más profunda con nuestro Señor. Cuando estemos tan unidos con el Señor, comprenderemos mejor nuestra existencia y aprenderemos a relacionarnos adecuadamente con nuestros semejantes.

El estribillo de la canción dice así: 'llévame, más profundamente enamorado de ti, Jesús, más profundamente enamorado de ti, abrázame, más profundamente enamorado de ti, Jesús, más profundamente enamorado de ti.

El primer versículo expresa que hay un anhelo que sólo el Señor puede satisfacer. Así, no se trata de un mero anhelo de comida o algo para beber sino de algo trascendente. Es el anhelo del Señor.

Este anhelo sólo puede ser saciado por el Señor mismo mostrándose a nosotros. Pero Dios no puede mostrarse a nosotros si no lo anhelamos.

Pero lo bueno es que el Señor realmente se revela a quien lo busca. Puede ser de diferentes maneras y puede ser de maneras muy comunes pero Él se revela a nosotros. Él no es tacaño con su presencia.

Dios es un Dios generoso y continúa haciéndose visible ante nosotros. Por eso, queridos amigos, abriémonos al Señor para que Él se muestre poderoso en nuestras vidas.

Hacer esta canción no me dio muchos problemas ya que la conocía muy bien. Tocaba el piano mentalmente y no con la partitura de acordes. Para mí es más interesante cuando toco solo e intento añadir mi propio estilo de melodía.
