This morning, something strange was happening at the house of a neighbor (a foreigner) who many people know in the area and is usually found high on drugs.

My wife, very fearful, called me to tell me that she heard a woman crying for help because she was being beaten in this guy's house.
I asked her if anyone had come to the place, and she told me that people who had passed by had come to arrest him, but I don't know what he said to them, and they walked away.

I told him I'd call the police: it's a case of violence.
I did call the police, and they agreed to send an officer to verify the scene using the coordinates I gave them.

The police haven't shown up yet, and at this point, I don't think they will since a lot of time has passed since the call I made.

For me, it's something that generates distrust in those who are supposed to be looking out for our safety.

Now, a friend told me that around the time I called, he'd seen several police officers having breakfast nearby.

It's not like they were responding to another emergency so they wouldn't respond to the call. This situation is truly disappointing. Perhaps this is the main reason why many decide to take justice into their own hands.

Hhahah, but when people have captured a criminal and are beating him up, it doesn't take them even 5 minutes to save him and take him away for a few hours...
Then they are released again...

Or does there always have to be money involved?

Hola hive ecuador..

Les quiero hablar hoy sobre un tema que me molesta mucho..

En horas de la mañana de hoy estaba sucediendo algo extraño en la casa de un vecino (un extranjero) que muchos conocen en el sector y es una persona que usualmente se encuentra drogado.

Mi esposa me llamo muy temerosa a decirme que se escuchaba una mujer pidiendo ayuda pues estaba siendo golpeada en casa de este sujeto.
Le pregunte si nadie se habia acercado al lugar y me dijo que personas que pasaron por el lugar se acercaron a detenerlo pero no se que les dijo y pues se alejaron.

Yo le dije que llamaria a la policia: pues es un caso de violencia..
Efectivamente llame a la policia, y segun quedaron en enviar a un oficial a verificar con las cordenadas que les di del lugar de los hechos..

Y que creen!!!

La policia hasta el momento no aparece y a estas alturas no creo que lo haga pues ya paso bastante tiempo de la llamada que hice.

Para mi es algo que genera desconfianza de quienes se suponen que velan por la seguridad de nuestra integridad.

Ahora, un amigo me comento que mas o menos a la hora que yo llame el habia visto a bastantes policias desayunando en un lugar cercano..

Entonces!!

No es que estaban atendiendo otra emergencia para no acudir al llamado, la verdad es decepcinante esta situacion. Quizas sea esta la razon principal por lo que muchos deciden hacer justicia por mano propia..

Hhahah pero cuando la gente a capturado a un malechor y lo estan golpeando ahi si no demoran ni 5 minutos para salvarlo y llevarselo por unas horas..
Despues se los vuelve a ver libres..

O sera que siempre tiene que haver dinero de por medio?

Porque no creo que estos que atrapa la gente y despues son liberados salgan de gratis, verdad?

Pues bien para no salirme del tema principal les sigo contando.

Esta persona de las que le hablo no tiene esposa, asi que que raro que pase esto cierto.!!

Hace poco tiempo atras esta misma persona tambien habia provocado un incendio en su casa, el cual ayudaron vecinos y el carro de los bomberos a apagarlo.

Cuando paso esto el señor desaparecio por algun tiempo, se comenta que se habia ido del pais..

Supongo que si lo hizo, porque en otros paises eso seria carcel seguramente, pero en ecuador NO....

Aqui solo paso del comentario de lo que habia sucedido y ya.. no paso a mayores..

Yo supongo que el penso que lo cojerian preso y simplemente se fue hasta despues de un tiempo que regreso y pues no pasa nada, como siempre a lo mismo...

Muchos se preguntaran...
Por que no hago la denuncia yo?

De primera, no lo hace la persona perjudicada que es quien deveria hacerlo porque hacerla yo...

Dos.
Si yo denuncio no se demora mucho en saber quien puso la denuncia, pues con dinero todo se soluciona.

Voy hacer enfacis en que hace algun tiempo atras tambien hice un llamado al 911.

Pero en esta ocacion fue porque vi a una señora que golpeaba a su hijo de una manera brutal en la calle.
Solo porque no le habia vendido unos caramelos que le habia dado para vender, pues lo estaban utilizanfo como vendedor ambulante.

En aquella ocacion de igual manera no llegaron y adicional me llego a mi telefono un mensaje donde decia que el requerimiento habia sido atendido y que era una falsa alarma..
Asi de trajico es esto.... que pena por el niño en aquella ocacion

Bueno esa es mi historia de hoy..
