A small car became necessary for my family, for better mobility from one place to another, or even from one city to another, or to be able to get supplies and materials for the business.

Lately, traveling to hospitals has become routine.

Well, I can't take a photo while driving, so I'm going to use it as a reference.

My little ones, perhaps due to the weather changes, are coming down with severe flu that's blocking their airways, and well, in the early morning, my youngest son was choking; he couldn't breathe from the buildup of phlegm.

The day before, my wife and I took him to a nearby city, Santa Elena, for treatment.

The doctor who treated him there told us it was just a common flu.
And so he prescribed some syrup, which we bought immediately so we could give him some.

Today, we decided to take him to another place in La Libertad, where there's a doctor with much more experience.

It turns out we had the prescription they sent us to give him at this other place, and he told us the medication the doctor prescribed was for a child at least 4 years old... and our baby is barely 8 months old...

He explained to us that the medication is given according to weight and size...
And that for small babies, the medication comes in drops. They prescribed us a syrup... which, as soon as we gave it to him, made him vomit and choke even more...

The truth is, it's quite telling what happens with many doctors in the country. I don't know if they aren't trained enough or simply don't care about the health of their patients...

Or, rather, clients...

The truth is, I realized a while ago that many doctors aren't actually interested in finding cures for existing diseases, simply because it would put them out of business.

It's unfortunate, but...
It's the sad reality.

And while there are some exceptions, these bad elements only tarnish the name and reputation of those who truly care about the health of others.

The doctor who treated us today was very kind, and gave us some recommendations. Honestly, he's the first doctor I've heard say that not everything requires medicine to treat a problem.

I wanted to share this with you today.

And it goes without saying that I'm just sharing what happened to us with our little one.

Les cuento que ahunque.....

Un pequeño auto se volvio necesario para mi familia, para una mejor movilidad de un lugar a otro o inclusive de una ciudad a otra o para poder conseguir implementos y materiales para el negocio.

Ultimamente se esta volviendo algo rutinario la movilidad hacia hospitales..

Pues no puedo tomar una foto mientras manejo, asi que la voy a usar como referencia.

"Y retrata a mucha similitud lo que sucede cuando me toca madrugar a trabajar y pues aparte manejar con mala noche.."

Mis pequeños quizas por cambios climaticos estan presentando fuertes gripes que les hacen tapar las vias respitarorias y pues en la madrugada se estaba ahogando el menor de mis hijos, no podia respirar por mucha flema acumulada.

Un dia anterior a el lo llevamos con mi esposa hacerle atender a una ciudad cercana, "Santa Elena"

El medico que le atendio en este lugar nos dijo q solo era una gripe comun.
Y pues nos receto un jarabe, el cual lo compramos al instante para poder darle.

Hoy decidimos llevarlo a otro lugar en "La libertad", donde hay un medico con mucha mas experiencia.

Resulta que llevamos la receta q nos enviaron a darle en este otro lugar y pues nos comento que la medicacion prescrita por el medico era como para un niño de unos 4 años por lo menos.. y nuestro bebé apenas va a tener 8 meses de edad...

Nos explico que el medicamento se da acorde al peso y taya..
Y que para bebés pequeños los medicamentos son en gotas. A nosotros nos recetaron un jarabe.., que apenas le dimos le hizo bomitar y ahogarse ahun mas..

La verdad da mucho que decir lo que pasa con muchos medicos en el pais, no se si no se capacitaron lo suficiente o simplemente no les interesa la salud de sus pacientes..

o clientes mejor dicho..

La verdad hace rato me di cuenta que en realidad a muchos medicos no les interesa que se encuentren curas para las enfermedades existentes, por el simple hecho de que se les acaba el negocio.

Es lamentable pero.
Es la triste realidad.

Y ahunque si existen algunas ecepciones, estos malos elementos solo manchan el nombre y la reputacion de los que si se interesan de verdad por la salud de las demas personas..

El medico q nos atendio hoy fue muy amable de hecho, y nos dio algunas recomendaciones y pues la verdad es el primer medico que le escucho decir que no en todo se necesita de medicina para tratar.

Esto les queria compartir hoy.

Y no esta de mas decir que solo estoy contando lo que nos paso con nuestro pequeño.
