We've had our three little kittens, my cat's babies, at home for three weeks now. This is my first time with such young kittens at home. When we adopted Rocket and Nebula, they were over a month and a half old, so at least for me, I had never lived with baby kittens before, and it's amazing!

I can spend all day just watching them move around, play, fight with each other, and even yawn. They're so cute, I just want to hug them. I jokingly told my husband that as long as we have little kittens at home, it will be harder for sadness to creep in, because honestly, they make you feel something strange, something tender. I don't know, it must be serotonin.

It's beautiful to see how little by little they learn things, and even their mischief seems to be the cutest thing in the world. They're precious and make me super happy. Without even knowing it, they lift my spirits. I find it incredible how a pet, without speaking, without knowing what's going on, can make you feel accompanied, loved, and chosen. I don't know, it feels great. They're definitely right; pets help a lot emotionally.
