Family river day and free cashew [Esp-Eng]

Como les conté hace unos días, visitamos pozo azul, y fue una ida al río de esas que se quedan guardadas en el corazón por más que pasen los años, por ahí las personas dicen que las mejores experiencias nacen de cosas que no fueron planeadas, y esta fue una de ellas porque tuvimos que ir al río por necesidad para pasar el calor, pero la experiencia fue 10/10.

Tanto mi esposo como yo amamos el río, nos gusta que siempre es un frescos y relajantes, pero cuando los ríos no son en realidad ríos sino Pozos, aunque los sigamos llamando ríos nos gustan más, a mí me gustan demasiado porque son súper calmados porque pese a que sí tienen algo de corriente la verdad es que no es lo suficientemente fuerte como para llevarte, y al menos los pozos que he podido conocer son siempre te hago muy clara y eso me encanta le da una belleza única.

As I told you a few days ago, we visited pozo azul, and it was one of those trips to the river that stay in your heart for years to come, people say that the best experiences are born from things that were not planned, and this was one of them because we had to go to the river out of necessity to pass the heat, but the experience was 10/10.

Both my husband and I love the river, we like that it is always fresh and relaxing, but when the rivers are not really rivers but wells, although we still call them rivers we like them more, I like them too much because they are super calm because although they do have some current the truth is that it is not strong enough to take you, and at least the wells that I have been able to meet are always very clear and I love that gives them a unique beauty.

Así que como se imaginarán cuando surgió el plan de ir al río fuimos sumamente felices por disfrutar de esta experiencia, como les conté teníamos un montón de tiempo sin visitar amazonas Y por supuesto que nuestro presupuesto incluye el viaje para ver a la familia y también para visitar una comunidad indígena cercana durante varios días porque teníamos algunas actividades allí, pero nunca planeamos como tal poder ir al río ni tampoco llevamos dinero para hacerlo, así que fue como un pequeño regalo de viajecito que estuvo incluido en nuestro viaje.

Honestamente como teníamos un montón de tiempo sin vernos la familia de mi esposo quisieron que disfrutáramos bastante del viaje, así que por decirlo de alguna manera nos consintieron un montón, nos llevaron a varios sitios pasaron el tiempo con nosotros e incluso nos llevaron a comer en varias ocasiones, esto lo valoramos muchísimo porque obviamente todos sabemos que hacer cosas como esta requieren algunos sacrificios, por lo general el dinero está contado para cosas específicas así que fue una gran muestra de amor esta salida al río.

So as you can imagine when the plan to go to the river came up we were extremely happy to enjoy this experience, as I told you we had a lot of time without visiting amazon and of course our budget included the trip to see the family and also to visit a nearby indigenous community for several days because we had some activities there, but we never planned as such to go to the river nor did we take money to do it, so it was like a little gift of a little trip that was included in our trip.

Honestly as we had a lot of time without seeing each other my husband's family wanted us to enjoy the trip a lot, so to say they spoiled us a lot, they took us to several places spent time with us and even took us out to eat on several occasions, we appreciate this a lot because obviously we all know that doing things like this require some sacrifices, usually money is counted for specific things so it was a great show of love this trip to the river.

Duramos un buen rato en el río bañándonos y cuando ya se hizo tarde decidimos irnos, teníamos la ventaja de que el esposo de mi cuñado había logrado comprar gasolina así que podemos ir en su carro que es en realidad una camioneta tipo vans así que cabíamos todos los que íbamos, fue un plan súper relajado nos fuimos con lo que teníamos encima y ya está, y honestamente la pasamos muchísimo mejor que si lo hubiésemos tardado planeando una semana entera.

Los lugares en amazonas por lo general están algo retirados y también ahí terrenos enormes que son totalmente libres, naturales o en otras palabras no tienen dueños, y como la vegetación es algo que se da con facilidad debido a los minerales y toda la cosa, en todas partes hay plantas de diferentes frutas ya sea mangos, ciruelas o mereyes, y pues en esta época justamente se dan los mereyes. Por lo que no vamos a mitad de la carretera a recoger unos cuantos para disfrutar de esta rica fruta.

We had the advantage that my brother-in-law's husband had managed to buy gas so we could go in his car which is actually a van type van so we could fit all of us, it was a super relaxed plan we went with what we had on us and that's it, and honestly we had a much better time than if we had taken a whole week planning it.

The places in the Amazon are usually somewhat remote and there are also huge areas that are totally free, natural or in other words have no owners, and as the vegetation is something that occurs easily due to minerals and everything, everywhere there are plants of different fruits such as mangoes, plums or cashews, and well at this time of the year there are cashews. So we do not go to the middle of the road to pick a few to enjoy this delicious fruit.

No a todo el mundo le gusta el sabor del merey, porque es un poco diferente tiene un sabor particular que no cualquier persona lo disfruta, pero en nuestro caso felizmente incluso yo que no soy de Amazonas disfruto mucho del merey, aún cuando es de esas frutas que dejamos una sensación rara en la boca, la verdad es que me parece rica, además de que es buenísima para tratar los malestares en la garganta.

Así que al terminar el día nos devolvimos en la camioneta de el esposo de mi cuñada con una bolsa súper grande llena de merey y cansados pero súper felices por haber tenido un gran día en el río. Hicimos varios planes en nuestro viaje a amazonas y todos fueron divertidos y satisfactorios, pero de todos ellos este fue el más espontáneo y uno de los que más pudimos disfrutar.

Not everyone likes the taste of cashew, because it is a little different, it has a particular flavor that not everyone enjoys, but in our case happily even I who am not from Amazonas enjoy a lot of cashew, even though it is one of those fruits that leave a weird feeling in the mouth, the truth is that I find it rich, plus it is great for treating throat ailments.

So at the end of the day we returned in my sister-in-law's husband's truck with a super big bag full of cashews and tired but very happy for having had a great day at the river. We made several plans on our trip to Amazonas and all of them were fun and satisfying, but of all of them this was the most spontaneous and one of the ones we were able to enjoy the most.
