Yo no soy una persona de colocarse uñas largas o ponerse pestañas seguido, de hecho es súper raro que lo haga, porque honestamente soy un poco ansiosa y al menos tener uñas no es algo que me dure varios días, sino que incluso inconscientemente a veces me las quito. Pero no es de eso que quiero hablar les sino de cuanto puede subir el ánimo arreglarse de alguna manera y en este caso hacerme las uñas.

La sobrina mayor de mi esposo es manicurista y honestamente hace un trabajo genial, no solamente es muy hábil para hacerlo sino que además has estudiado para ello ha hecho cursos y también talleres y de hecho planea estudiar un poco más, así que era alguien de mi confianza a quien podía pedirle que arreglar a mis uñas sabiendo que las dejaría lindas y tomaría en cuenta mis gustos personales incluso sin yo tenerle una guía de lo que quería hacerme.

My husband's eldest niece is a manicurist and honestly she does a great job, not only is she very skilled at it but she has also studied for it, she has taken courses and also workshops and in fact she plans to study some more, so she was someone I could trust and ask to do my nails knowing that she would leave them nice and would take into account my personal tastes even without me having a guide of what I wanted to do.

Así que después de atender a su bebé y dejarlo listo para dormir sacó el tiempo para arreglarme mis uñas. Comenzamos a las 10:00 pm, y entre cuentos, risas y videos para su Tik Tok, se nos hizo súper tarde pero aún así el resultado lo valió todo, porque quedaron sencillas tal y como a mi me gustan, pero a la vez súper bonitas. No sé mucho de técnicas, materiales o formas en las unas, pero sé que utilizó pollygel, me las hizo con forma almendrada y el estilo de pintura era ojo de gato.

Yo amo el color negro y todos los parecidos, pero en maquillaje y en uñas siempre prefiero colores más suaves, me encantan como se ven los colores nude o los rosados muy claros, pero yo no tuve que decirlo, ella misma escogió el color y lo hizo todo sin siquiera preguntarme y yo simplemente confie, para al final sorprenderme muchísimo con el resultado. Las uñas se veían largas en mi, porque siempre tengo las uñas cortas, pero no sé si por la forma, eran muy cómodas y para nada limitantes.

I love black and all the similar colors, but in makeup and nails I always prefer softer colors, I love how nude colors or very light pinks look, but I didn't have to say it, she chose the color herself and did it all without even asking me and I just trusted her, and in the end I was very surprised with the result. The nails looked long on me, because I always have short nails, but I don't know if it was because of the shape, they were very comfortable and not at all limiting.

Así que el tiempo a mi se me pasó volando, y me alegré muchísimo al final cuando vi lo lindas que quedaron mis uñas.

Cuando como mujer te haces algún tipo de arreglo como este no puedes evitar que se te levante el ánimo, ya no sabes como mover las manos porque todos los movimientos que haces parecen que estas modelando las uñas, y es gracioso pero si lo vemos de una manera más seria, estas cosas pequeñas como arreglarte las uñas, sean cuales sean tus gustos, si son cortas, largas o con la forma que tengan, te hacen sentir un poco más bonita.

Dedicarse tiempo siempre es algo que tu cerebro toma de manera positiva, pero cuando este tiempo tiene resultados qué te agradan y que te hacen sentir bonita, arreglada o elegante, eso te eleva el autoestima un montón y te ayuda a verte con otros ojos, a estar más segura de ti y eso inevitablemente te eleva el ánimo. Nunca hay que dar por sentado lo que causa en uno el arreglarse.
