Afternoon bowling with friends [Esp-Eng]

Tuvimos una tarde genial con amigos, en la que disfrutamos de llenas de risa, burlas sanas, y un juego divertido como es el Bowling. Pero les cuento que desde hace muchos años no iba a un lugar así, ni jugaba al boliche, y cuando digo muchos hablo de más de 10 años, así que para mí fue como ir por primera vez, no recordaba como, ni trucos, ni técnicas para lograrlo.

Aparte realmente divertida de esta experiencia es que todos estábamos igual, éramos simplemente seis amigos jugando por diversión o mejor dicho pasando pena pero divirtiéndonos. No sé si por el día que era Día de semana o por la hora no había nadie más en el lugar además se nosotros. Pero fue todo un alivio que no hubiera más personas ahí para ver como jugábamos de mal.

We had a great afternoon with friends, filled with laughter, good-natured teasing, and a fun game of bowling. But I have to tell you that I hadn't been to a place like that in many years, nor had I played bowling, and when I say many, I mean more than 10 years, so for me it was like going for the first time. I didn't remember how to do it, or any tricks or techniques to make it happen.

The really fun part of this experience was that we were all in the same boat. We were just six friends playing for fun, or rather, embarrassing ourselves but having a good time. I don't know if it was because it was a weekday or because of the time, but there was no one else there besides us. It was a relief that there weren't more people there to see how badly we played.

Estábamos solo nosotros 6 y 2 personas encargadas de entregar zapatos, guiarnos y también ofrecernos chuchería y demás. Creo que el hecho de que no hubiera más gente al menos a mi, me hizo disfrutar mucho más de esta experiencia por qué si no me hubiese sentido un poco cohibida de jugar como lo hice. El juego duró aproximadamente 2 horas, en las que cada quien tenía dos oportunidades de jugar.

Debo decir que todas las veces que jugamos yo quedé en el último lugar, lo cual es terrible porque no tienen idea de lo malos que éramos todos, excepto una de mis amigas, que por alguna razón cada que jugaba hacia strike y obviamente, obtuvo el primer lugar casi todas las veces. El caso es que aunque perdí y obviamente entre bromas competíamos unos con otros, eso no tuvo ningún tipo de importancia porque para mí lo importante fue que nos divertimos.

There were just the six of us and two people in charge of handing out shoes, guiding us, and offering us snacks and other treats. I think the fact that there weren't more people there, at least for me, made me enjoy the experience much more because otherwise I would have felt a little self-conscious playing the way I did. The game lasted about two hours, during which each person had two chances to play.

I have to say that every time we played, I came in last, which is terrible because you have no idea how bad we all were, except for one of my friends, who for some reason got a strike every time she played and obviously came in first almost every time. The thing is, even though I lost and we were obviously joking around and competing with each other, it didn't matter because what was important to me was that we had fun.

Para mí esta invitación fue un gesto muy bonito, el plan de mis amigos era ir al zoológico, algo que todos ellos disfrutan mucho, les encanta, pero yo detesto los zoológicos con todo mi ser, así que como querían que yo pasara tiempo con ellos cambiaron totalmente sus planes para incluirme y que yo también pudiera disfrutar de una salida divertida. Y yo sé que parece una estupidez, pero para mí fue un gesto totalmente lleno de cariño sincero.

Nada más por eso, esta salida, fuera a donde fuera, sería súper especial, pero además de eso también estuvo genial la experiencia en el bowling y es sin duda un buen lugar para pasar tiempo con tus amigos, no solo para jugar sino también puedes conversar y compartir con ellos, porque es de esas actividades que te permiten hacerlo. Sin duda fue una experiencia súper divertida que amaría repetir y por otro lado, llena de amor.

For me, this invitation was a very nice gesture. My friends' plan was to go to the zoo, something they all enjoy very much, they love it, but I detest zoos with all my being, so since they wanted me to spend time with them, they completely changed their plans to include me so that I could also enjoy a fun outing. I know it sounds silly, but for me it was a gesture full of sincere affection.

For that reason alone, this outing, wherever it was going, would be super special, but on top of that, the bowling experience was also great, and it's definitely a good place to spend time with your friends, not only to play but also to talk and share with them, because it's one of those activities that allows you to do so. It was definitely a super fun experience that I would love to repeat and, on the other hand, full of love.
