A buzzing March 2025

Happy new month, everyone! I pray that this month of April will be a good one for all of us. Amen!

For about a month and some weeks, I have been very consistent in my blogging journey on this Hive platform, and it has been fun and lovely.

Today, I decided to reflect on how hard it was for me to take my writing seriously here. I would write an article today and then stay for about four to five days before writing another one. But the story has changed, and I am enjoying it now.

I have been on a writing streak where I ensure that I write at least one article a day from Monday to Friday(that is, at least 5 articles a day), and I have kept up with that ever since I started. I have only missed one day, and that was the day I fell sick and couldn't gather my thoughts or pick up my phone to draft any reasonable article.

The Earnings: The earnings have not really been coming the way I expected, but it's better than not earning at all, as was the case back then. I strongly believe in the saying, "Little drops make an ocean," rather than expecting the ocean to form all at once. Those little earnings have been a big motivation for me, and I am grinding steadily, hoping that one day the light at the end of the tunnel will shine.

This Hive platform is more like a side hustle for me, so I am not discouraged by the small earnings at the moment. Just as I was told when I joined this platform, the beginning stage is always hard, and consistency matters a lot. I am keeping that in mind and consistently blogging without dwelling on the small number of votes.

Hive Power: My HP has increased significantly, and I am hoping it will be above 100HP by the end of this month. Yes, it is possible if I remain consistent, and hopefully, luck smiles on me too.

Selecting Communities: Being very honest, choosing a community to write in can sometimes be very tasking, especially when I do so with the mindset of earning at the end of the day. But I am trying. I am joining many contests in different communities, where in some, I get votes, and in others, I do not. But that is fine too. I am in the early stages, and I know I shouldn't expect too much.

Engagement: I haven't been very active in engaging with others, but I hope to step up this month of April and see how far I can go.
