I know it's a bad habit to wake up early in the morning and begin to press your phone, roaming through the Internet but I try my best to stop it which is why most times I keep my phone some distance away making sure my data is off before sleeping.
But within those difficulties, some mornings I start with saying my prayers, then go on YouTube to listen to a stream.
After my prayer, I meditate a little bit before writing my to-do list. I have an app which makes it more easier for assigning hours for each task, by the end of every task it reminds me the next task to follow but each time I'm almost 1 hour behind but I strive each day to make sure I accomplish my to-do list so not to feel guilty by the end of the day.
