How To Overcome Challenges?
There are times when life tests us and we begin to question our existence. I have been there over and over again, several times.
You begin to wonder and recollect if you truly did something bad to someone that requires such things to happen to you at that particular time and at the wrong timing.
There is have always been something I uphold to myself “Things I can't change, I let it be and allow nature to take its course”
And sometimes when I try different ways to solve a problem and I never end up getting the solution I just let it be instead of killing myself over it.
I have to live with that and allow everything to take its course instead of troubling myself so much which might make me end up having sleepless nights and restlessness where I'm overthinking the situation.
It's simple, a simple remedy that has worked for me, I just take a deep breath and instead of worrying I do the things I enjoy doing like watching movies, cooking and the likes.
There are risks you take that make you ask yourself. “Am I losing my mind?”
Regrets set in and you wish you never moved that part. I could remember when I lost a huge amount I just sat down for a minute staring at nothing. I couldn't cry, I couldn't shout but instead I was calm.
But then I learnt my lesson, it pained me but then my life can't stop because of that. I moved on even though it was so hard to, after sometime though like a week I later cried out my heavy heart and that was how I overcame that and it became a challenge to me instead.
I didn't share it with anyone just that the people close to me noticed how quiet I was throughout the week, nothing excited me but I still showed up like nothing happened.
I could remember making an affirmation and repeated saying to myself “I'm going to recover everything I have lost”
It was boldly pasted on my vision board and I get to see it every morning like a reminder to strive more but smarter this time.
Hustle continues, if we experience setbacks and challenges in life we should never take it like it's the end of the road for us, there is room for improvement as long as there is life.
I could remember when my mentor said, take away everything from me but don't take away my hands and watch me recover everything I lost.
If you're passing through difficulties in life, even when you try so hard and it seems like things are going upside down, then it's time to take a deep breath and evaluate. Check if you are doing something wrong, find a different strategy to solve the problems instead of using the same method and if you have lost so much in investment especially in Forex maybe it's time to take a deep breath and hang on in for a while.
My best solution to solve things like this is just to do things that make me happy and then bounce back when I have a clear mind. Taking a break for a while helps a lot too.
In conclusion, hustle continues, one pain point is not the end of the world.
Think, Re-Strategize and hit it harder again and again.

Re-strategizing helps you know how to try again and with a different approach.
You are right but most people are ignorant of that.
