Small crochet bag in the shape of a bird [ENG/ESP]
Greetings Artisans community.
Last week was quite chaotic for me preparing everything for Mother's Day, although I must say that the gifts were a success. But now that is in the past and I am currently thinking about other projects.
One of the things I like the most is to see patterns on Pinterest because it is an inexhaustible source of creativity. The bad thing is that most of them are in English, but anyway I have found some understandable ones.
My favorites are the animal patterns such as: rabbits; bears; and cats, this last one my favorite among favorites.
In one of those many walks through Pinterest I found a pattern of a little bag of a bird that I immediately wanted to make and I want to share with you the result.
I have used the crocodile stitch or scale stitch, it is a stitch, as the name suggests, that looks like scales or feathers. At first it is a little difficult if you have never done it, but after losing the fear it is quite easy.

La semana pasada fue bastante caótica para mi preparando todo para el día de la madre, aunque debo decir que los regalos fueron un éxito. Pero eso ya es pasado y ahora estoy pensando en otros proyectos.
Una de las cosas que más me gusta es ver patrones en Pinterest porque es una fuente inagotable de creatividad. Lo malo es que la mayoría están en inglés, pero de todas formas he encontrado algunos entendibles.
Mis favoritos son los patrones de animales como: conejos; osos; y gatos, este último mi favorito entre los favoritos.
En uno de esos tantos paseos por Pinterest encontré un patrón de una bolsita de un ave que inmediatamente quise hacer y quiero compartir con ustedes el resultado.
He utilizado la puntada cocodrilo o puntada escama, es una puntada, como su nombre indica, que parece escamas o plumas. Al principio es un poco difícil si nunca lo has hecho, pero después de perder el miedo es bastante fácil.

Row 1: we make a magic ring with 16 doble crochet .
Row 2: 3 chains, double crochet increase sequence.
Row 3: 3 chains, sequence of 1 double crochet increase, 1 double crochet.
Row 4-5: Double crochet only
Fila 1: Hacemos un anillo mágico con 16 puntos altos.
Fila 2: 3 cadenas, secuencia de aumentos de puntos altos.
Fila 3: 3 cadenas, secuencia 1 aumento de punto alto, 1 punto alto.
Fila 4-5: Solo puntos altos.

En el punto anterior había unas formas de V y en medio hice un punto bajo. La siguiente V simplemente la cogí por la mitad e hice 5 puntos altos, luego la cogí por la otra mitad e hice exactamente lo mismo. Ese es el punto cocodrilo, en la foto muestro como recoger las mitades.
Hice exactamente 3 filas de puntos de cocodrilo.

Then I made 8 rows of single crochet, in the next row I made 13 slip stitches, then 30 chain stitches and that chain I closed it with slip stitch, I kept making slip stitches until I reached the central part and right there I made 6 chain stitches that I closed with 1 slip stitch that I followed until the end.
It's a bit chaotic to write it but doing it is different 😅.
Hice 8 vueltas de puntos bajos, en la siguiente vuelta hice 13 puntos deslizados, luego 30 cadenas y esa cadena la cerré con punto deslizado, seguí haciendo puntos deslizados hasta llegar a la parte central y justo ahí hice 6 puntos de cadena que cerré con 1 punto deslizado, los que seguí haciendo hasta el final.
Es un poco caótico escribirlo pero hacerlo es diferente 😅.

With the white yarn I made a magic ring with 6 low stitches and in the next row only increases, with black yarn I added some eyes and the mouth with yellow yarn.
On the back I put some heart charms and a leaf charm, it was very pretty.
You can keep different things, but I will use it for the leftover yarn.
Con el hilo blanco hice un anillo mágico con 6 puntos bajos y en la siguiente fila solo aumentos, con hilo negro añadí unos ojos y la boca con hilo amarillo.
En la parte de atrás le puse un dije de corazón y un dije de hoja, quedó muy bonito.
Se pueden guardar diferentes cosas, pero yo lo utilizaré para el hilo sobrante.
