i spoke to a lot of college students, non of them wants to work a normal 9 to 5 job anymore. It's not because they've turned bad, just that the system of 9 to 5 and pay is not sustainable for some , it's basically collapsing

nope they are siblings of a friend
It is an imprisonment and of course, the pay is bad. Adding to that, you totally have no time for yourself. Time itself is a resource.
