I am a quiet and shy woman who loves to help others in small ways and I always trust God because He gives me strength and joy every day.

I’m someone who prefers to stay quiet, but I do my best to be kind, respectful and caring to everyone. Other say I’m a good listener and I’m easy to talk to. I like to help whenever I can.

What people see most about me is my strong faith. No matter how busy life gets, I make time to attend church service. Being close to God is not just part of my routine it’s something I truly value in my heart.

And today, I want to share something with you a photo of myself.

Hello, I’m Lezeil Gepiga. I am 45 years old. I am married and I have one son. I am a shy and quiet person but when you know me, I am friendly and easy to talk to. I did not finish college because life was hard before. Our house was far so we needed to rent a room near school. My parents are farmers and I also grew up working on the farm.

My hobbies are writing, reading and dancing. I like to give small surprises to my friends and loved ones. Even simple gifts they already feel happy. I like to listen Hillsong music when I do things at home. I want the house always clean I don’t like messy things.

This is my family. We are only three but we are very close. Our son is now a third year college student taking up a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He is polite kind and responsible. He always kiss us before leaving and when he comes home. He helps at home like cooking and cleaning. We are very proud of him.

My husband and I work hard every day. Life is not easy and we have gone through many hard times. I cry sometimes and I don’t know what to do but we always stay strong and support each other. We live a simple life but we are happy and thankful.

I am a Born-again Christian. Since I was a child I went to church with my family. It feels like my second home. I became a tambourine dancer and for me, dancing is my way to worship God. Being part of the ministry helps me grow in faith.

I will never forget what happened when I was in third year high school. My grandfather was sick. He could not stand because of pain in his stomach. I prayed and asked the Lord to heal him. I did not expect he would be okay, but God answered my prayer. From that day I trusted God more and believed that nothing is impossible with Him.

This is my favorite Bible verse: Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

There are times I feel like giving up and I don’t know what to do. But God reminds me that He has a good plan for me.

Sometimes, I give time for myself. When I feel tired from work I go out and eat the food I like and buy something for me. Even short time outside I feel happy. I cannot do it always because I’m busy at work. Only at night I can rest. Mostly I go with my boss when she has meetings. I always sleep late and get tired.

Every Christmas, I spend time with my family. That is our bonding time because I always work, December is the only long time I can be with them. We are not always free so I enjoy every moment, we give gift and eat outside.

In my whole life, it was my first time to travel outside the country. I went to China with my boss. Before, going abroad was only a dream for me. I never thought that one day it will really happen. When we arrived, I said Wow! So beautiful. The places I only saw in pictures on social media now I can touch and see them. My boss said, you will not understand people here because you don’t speak Chinese. We walked around there It felt so nice because the weather was cold. I enjoyed taking pictures. It was relaxing and fun. After we ate at a restaurant. I tasted some of their foods, so yummy...

We went to a department store. My boss gave me money so I could buy what I like. While she was busy choosing, I also looked around and picked what I wanted. When I went to the cashier I said something but she smiled at me. She didn’t answer. Good thing they have a translator. Then we ate at a restaurant.

I’m really thankful because my boss is kind. If not because of her, I can’t go there. I will never forget my experience in China. God knows the perfect time for everything and I am so thankful.

After China, we went to Hong Kong. The first thing I saw was the bus with second floor. I said So nice we don’t have that in the Philippines. My boss just laugh at me. While walking I said, No tricycle here. We stayed in Hong Kong for five days. It was very cold when we go there. I feel how cold in other country. You need to wear thick jacket. Every day we walk and walk Very tired but happy.

When it comes to food, people fall in line. You can’t tell who is rich or poor, all are equal. I saw a bakery with a long line and also in a ramen shop. There were always many customers. The place is also very clean. The people there are really disciplined. They don’t smoke anywhere. They have smoking area, only there they can smoke.

I was so happy during that time. I always say thank you to my boss everything is free. Who would think someone like me can reach far places. If you are kind to others, the good things will come back to you. I really thank God for this blessing.

My friend is always with me wherever I go. She was also with me when I went to China. We have many memories together and we enjoyed our time because we like the same things. We feel safe and comfortable with each other. I’m older than her but when we are together it feels like we are the same age. It feels good to have a friend you can trust and I treat her like my real sister.

When we feel tired from work, we going out. We enjoy eating outside too. If I can't finish my food because I'm already full, she helps me eat so it won’t be wasted. When I have more problems she always tells me I can do it and keep fighting. She say enjoy life while we were still strong because when are old we just stay at home.

When I saw @antonette post on Facebook I got curious. I asked her what is Hive.? She explained everything to me in a kind and patient way. She told me the rules no AI no pictures from Facebook and the post must be original. I learned many things from her.
