That's really awesome, @grindan. I love super healthy food too, and could pretty much give up everything but salad if I had to. You've taken it a big step further than me by making everything from scratch. I bow down to you!

Shucks Jayna, thank you! I totally feel the same about salad, it's really one of the most exciting meals if you get creative imo!
And yes!! Yaz and I were married in Jordan in November! 😍 Someday I'll have to write a CNF in TIW about it, since we largely got to know each other doing admin stuff in the beginning hehe 🤗
