The Media Influence That Changed My Life – My Journey with Sandeep Maheshwari

Assalamualaikum and hello to my #weekendexperiences community. Welcome to another blog. Another exciting week, Week 299, has started. All the topics are very interesting, but I will go with the topic “Are you influenced by what you see on the media? Explain one way or the other.”

I would love to share my thoughts about this topic. I hope it will be an interesting and knowledgeable blog for you guys, so stick with it till the end.

If we talk about media, print media, electronic media, and social media come to mind. A few years ago, people shifted from print media to electronic media. And now, according to modern trends, most people’s interest has shifted toward social media. People, especially here in Pakistan, have largely moved from electronic media to social media.

Now let's come to the main topic. If you ask me which person influenced me the most on media, my answer would be one and only – Sandeep Maheshwari. He is a renowned motivational speaker and influencer from India. I have been watching his videos for more than three years.

Sandeep Maheshwari’s lectures cover many topics related to daily life. He not only talks about the problems people face but also provides practical and feasible solutions. For example, in one of his videos, a student asked a question about how we can continue exercising to stay fit. The student said that exercising for maintaining health sometimes feels boring, and we need constant motivation to continue.

His answer was very realistic and to the point. He said, why depend on a boring process to stay fit? Instead, you should start doing something interesting to remain healthy. He suggested playing a game that you enjoy the most. Rather than relying only on repetitive exercises, you can play your favorite sports such as cricket, football, volleyball, or badminton to keep yourself active and healthy.

You do not need extra motivation to play a game you love regularly. His answer was spot on – make the process of staying healthy interesting and enjoyable. I liked his advice and applied it in my life, and I got positive results regarding my health.

I also changed many aspects of my personality by listening to his lectures and following his guidance. Earlier, I had some issues related to self-confidence. I was afraid of performing on stage. Through his lectures, I learned how to improve my confidence.

According to him, confidence comes from taking action. Simply thinking about doing something is not enough. Every action reduces your fear and improves your confidence. He also says that practice plays a major role in building confidence.

He further explains that confidence grows when we accept our mistakes. When we accept our mistakes, we stop worrying too much about other people’s opinions. He also says that comparing ourselves with others can destroy our confidence because every person has different strengths and weaknesses.

Another important lesson he gives is to never underestimate yourself and always talk positively to yourself. Even joking negatively about yourself can damage your confidence.

His famous advice about failure is that we should never be afraid of failures because failures teach us valuable lessons. He also says that good dressing and personal cleanliness can improve a person's confidence.

Here I am sharing my pictures after improving my confidence...

Sandeep Maheshwari’s famous sentence is “Sab Aasaan Hai”, which means everything is possible and easy if we change our mindset and take action. I really like the way he provides solutions to almost every problem. Most of his lectures are focused on guiding the youth.

He is my all-time favorite personality on media. I consider him my mentor and teacher. I would recommend all of you to watch his lectures and videos. Believe me, you will learn something new and meaningful about life.

He is a real inspiration for all of us. May he live a long, happy, and prosperous life.
