Serving Humanity, Feeding Hungry like Feeding Soul ' Spreading Love and Affection|| Celebrating Urs Pak Charity Event ||

Assalamu alaikum and hello to my #throwbackthursday community. I hope you are all doing good. I am also doing pretty well.

In today's blog I am going to share my sweet memories with you guys. Few days ago we celebrated versus celebration of a late Sufi Saint Peer Dada Miyan Mohammed Wirali Sahib at our residence. It was a memorable day pant with family and friends.

First of all I want to tell you about Urs. In an Urs we celebrate the day of a Sufi Saint. We prepare different kinds of dishes on that particular day and serve these dishes to needy and poor people of the society. Urs Is basically religious tradition of the Muslims.

We decided to choose Sunday to celebrate this religious festival. Because on Sunday it is a public holiday and people are free to participate in this festival.

We hired an expert cook for prepairing delicious beef curry. Our cook Kamran reached our residence at about 8 a.m. All our family members collect money for this sacred event of Urs Pak. So we bought beef and other essential commodities for preparing beef curry.

Our cook Kamran started cooking beef curry and he mixed different ingredients like salt paper garlic onion tomato Red Chillies salt and beef. He took a big pot and mixed all ingredients and beef into big pot.

On the occasion of this religious festival we hire the experts of making traditional bread. These people prepare beautiful traditional big and we serve this bread with beef curry. Here you can see this traditional bread in the pictures below. I hope you will like these pictures.

After cooking for an hour, our beef curry was ready.
In the meanwhile the program of Urs Pak has been started. The program started with the recitation of Holy Quran. After that different Naat Khan's including me recited Naat Sharif. Here I want to tell you that in a Naat Sharif the Muslims praise our beloved Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. I also recited a famous Naat Sharif. It was a great experience of reacting Naat Sharif before crowd. My nephew Mian Muhammad Khan also recited a soul touching Naat Sharif. The audience praised his performance and gave prizes to him. My son Mohammed Hussain Khan and my daughters Javeria Javed Khan and Sher Bano Khan also accompanied with me in this program.

After recitation of Naat Sharif famous orator of our area Amir Abdullah Khan Atari delivered a wonderful speech. He emphasized on the blessings of Sufi people. He said that ALLAH Almighty give power to noble people snd they can utilise this power.

The Urs Pak ended at 1230 PM. At last we served beef curry to the audience of Urs Pak. There were planty of poor and needy people were there. Tge good thing was that we became source of happiness for the needy snf poor people. They came in numbers and enjoyed the meal. The beef curry was very tasty. I prepared special Sobat on that occasion. You know what we call sobat. We mix bread into beef curry and that is called sobat. Here you can see pictures of sobat. It was a memorable day supned with needy and poor people of the society. We were very happy because Allah Almighty chose us for this pious purpose. We will try to continue this program for whole life.
