RE: Getting Used to the New Neighborhood, But...

I'm glad you were able to move to a new place if the old one was no longer safe for you. I feel the same way because I grew up in a place for the first 18 years of my life before we finally decided to leave it! It was sad because I have the greatest memories there, and just like you, I had a room that I was so attached to. I had decorated it to my liking.

Unfortunately, we have to adapt in life. Even though I'm in a new place, my own place right now with my own family, I still miss that room I grew up in. Sometimes I wish we could have our own home (we're renting still) and have a room decorated close to that homey feel I had with my first room.

I wish you all the best! It seems your new place is nice, and although it's hot, as you say, I hope you can work on the ventilation and maybe add some insulation panels to make it feel cooler inside. I know how that feels. Right now, it's still rainy weather, so it's not that bad yet, but during the summer, you know how that goes! x_x

Thanks for sharing your new place! We hope to see more of your adventures and whatever you've started to love with your new home.

This is the same place we evacuated to last time. We haven't really moved yet since we don't have the means to do so. In the meantime, we're allowed to stay here kay wala pa nabaligya since under renovation pa man. :)

Our landlord plans to make some changes sa previous house, pero mejo mahadlok na si mama mubalik... which is understandable.

So yeah, for now... tigum lang sa para maka-transfer most likely sa countryside. :) Thank you! ^^
