Thanks for sharing, especially about the brain being the slowest to age. That is really mind-blowing for me because I didn't know that. I always thought that the brain ages the same way as the body. I've seen older people get more forgetful and stuff like that.

I also agree with you about being able to talk to your subconscious in a much nicer way. The kind of monologue we have in our minds most of the time is mostly negative. I've written about this some days ago. it's mostly because of our survival instincts. We were designed to survive, and we have all these ways of handling situations that somehow change how we view things. Most of the time, it's towards negativity or anything that threatens our survival.

Thank you for sharing the podcast. It's a good one to consume for the day! I downloaded the transcription. I'm very sure that this is something that would be beneficial for me today. I've been thinking a lot about getting sick, and so I feel weaker. I'm just happy to have found your post.

Love the pics! Thanks for taking us through your journey.

Hello @janwrites.

When I posted this, all I was thinking was that maybe what I had seen could be useful to someone else. And how wonderful that you found value here.

We can’t be positive all the time, because life is made up of random events that affect us in all sorts of ways… but something that might bring you peace is knowing that each day, our counter resets. In other words, live one day at a time—because every day you wake up, the door is open for you to pursue whatever you set your heart on. Just be patient. Take the first step, lay the first stone of that building. And I hope you also manage to place, right there in your mind, thoughts of peace and wellbeing.

A hug full of light, and my heartfelt thanks to you.
