WE256 || It makes me angry...

The weekend engagement is here and I come with a thorny issue 😁...

Today is a good day to review those disagreements that govern our life. Many of them are limiting patterns (beliefs). Here I explain it to you…

The non-conformist desire.

Galenkp, I live well, I don't need anything else, I have my husband who is great, my children, a good job and yet, I live feeling that I'm missing something, it's like a feeling of emptiness, like the need for something "that I don't know what it is" and I get excited or passionate, but I don't achieve anything, then that makes me sad and unmotivated, because I feel dissatisfied and what gives me the most is anger, 😡 anger, Galenkp, that is, I start to question myself, about how I'm going to be dissatisfied if everything I achieved what I set out to do.

That makes me even more angry that every time something new arises, it seems that this emptiness of nonconformity blooms again.

As far as possible... I try not to live full of things that fill me with emptiness.

They say over there that the one who is not happy with anything, will not find happiness with everything, be careful...! and this is not conformism, it is to understand that there are things that have value and others are ephemeral to what is really important.

Really what I want every day is to be a millionaire in gratitude and to be fully aware of needing less and less things to live and not feel so angry when the fucking nonconformism shows up in my life to compensate for the big emotional gaps.

This simple gesture can change your perspective and offer you clarity in times of confusion.

What's in it for you? Manage stress better, improve your relationships and make better decisions.

Watch out! The social expectations of others are just that: from others, Your life, on the other hand, is yours.
