Getting a poem is easy ... || Week: 220

If, there is a reason, Galen.

The reason is the gasoline for the engine of anything you put your mind to. I feel happy knowing that my children are well....well, that reason drives me to call them unconditionally, to be present in their lives, I get interested in their hobbies, I research about it to know what to ask and talk on their own terms, that allows me to know what to give them or when they need a little push.

The contact with nature relaxes me in the extreme of contemplation, poking around the city to learn how to orient myself. Also, so praying, when I have an anxious thought loop.

I am excited.

When I started all the preparation of a project, from making a recipe, planting a plant, to preparing for a trip or starting a diploma.

Now, I am discouraged by not achieving the goal and that generates unpleasant emotions for me.

I try not to get hooked by rethinking my search or accepting that it's not in my hands or I don't have the gift.

Years ago, I learned from a friend who dedicated herself to making me aware when I was self-flagellating thinking that I couldn't, didn't have patience, or that I had some limitation expressed out loud. Which I am eternally grateful for.

Also, my beloved husband JR, always invites me to accept compliments without a but, just by giving thanks.
