Coffee, memories and conversation…

You already know that I like to tell you about beautiful things that I have lived or what I enjoyed in a place having a coffee, and today I want to put on record here that the café near my house is doing very well, the customer service is friendly, empathetic and professional.

It is an elegant place, it also has an art gallery, that while enjoying the beauty, the art, the aesthetic and the beauty that make me feel, I recognize that it gives me a lot of pleasure that this place provides me because of the simple, bright and bright of the place.

This coffee is a joy, they take care of the shapes of the table, and they know how to serve a good coffee, with their teaspoon, their jug of milk when you ask for a little more, and the right cutlery spoon and fork for dessert to savor a good cake, arepas stuffed with white cheese and avocado.

I used to come to this cafeteria especially with my classmates when I left university in my adolescence and I also sometimes with some very good company; I was a young woman who on weekends, especially on Sundays, loved to be and enjoy beautiful places, beautiful shapes and objects, well cared for and arranged, rooms that welcome the person and his circumstance, in freedom...

I'm still doing it now that I'm a woman of more than 5 decades, almost reaching 6.º floor jajaj .

Last Sunday I went with Jaqui to this place, where the good atmosphere, that is so important, of the waiters that it offers me, good manners, the good treatment of a professional who knows how to serve me, serve me a coffee while he wishes me to enjoy it and the music of a saxophone perfuming the air.

The impeccable waiters with a vintage look that I love, long apron and white shirt, black trousers and vest, striped tie and black bracelet on both sleeves. And they know how to carry a tray.

The very, very good music, perfect and adorable, with a quality sound, further adorning a delicious atmosphere, which was extended with a Brunch. Prices according to the service of the place, yes, but they are paid with pleasure, the place and my experience are worth it, and a Sunday is a different day for relaxation, pleasant conversation to give pleasure to the senses, because I am alive he-he...!

I really like it, and I'm relieved that some places, at least, survive in time, places of your life, of your history, that still exist, like me, haha!

Then it was the late 80s and look, today, let's say 44 years later, right here I am having a very delicious coffee and cake from such an old café and pastry shop, in my city.

And Coffee, like all the years that these people have in my country since their origins making the finest Vienna bread, Artisans in 1873, exemplary company that keeps a lot of history of my city, were even precursors of vegetarianism.

Accompanied by my friend Jaqui and I of the best coffee in the city, with freshly roasted beans, always Venezuelan coffee, we have this day decreed in our memory, to accept what we cannot change, since this way we do not take responsibility for what does not correspond to us. This Sunday, the eve of a new work week, constancy, I continue to invest in study, knowledge, family, health, true friends to keep going. May we never lack for coffee.
