Indeed amazon and walmart which are shopping site are really doing a lot to claim autonomy, it's applaudable. Although I have seen of a concept where they link to Google for ratings of a product and other features is that true ?.

Chatbots indeed are the best, it's more effective as it's straight to the point and consumes less time, isn't that the qualities of getting a good information aside accuracy, in my opinion it's a good heuristic base.
