Nice gesture from the government, however, let's call it "curageous" to offer a "Chocolate Cream Cracker Sandwich" full of sugar as a nutrition day gift! If I think of "healthy food" options like vegetables, fruits, nuts, cereals (without added sugar), milk (without added sugar), unprocessed real cheese and meat (without too much fat) come to my mind.
Concerning vitamin pills, in general I see them skeptical as well. For example this article shows that I might not be wrong.

Oh, i am a first time Mom and no idea about this article!
Honestly, I was in doubt to give this to my baby but now surely I won't. Besides, I am giving him fruits that are good sources of vitamins.
He is not yet a heavy eater but he eats.
The biscuits, I gave it to his cousins.
Yeah, not that healthy🥹
