Hi @clairemobey. I know you guys also use the route through @graphene.swap route to make withdrawals. It was actually through one of Zak's tutorials that I learned how to do it...lol. I made a withdrawal more than an hour and a half ago, and there is still no sign of anything happening, so I am getting a bit concerned. Is this normal sometimes, or can you suggest how or where I can follow up?
