Two piece Cooperate outfit wear for myself,

A break from this community is just like a huge loss to me and I'm so glad I've returned with my whole self, sickness tried but couldn't prevail and i am so grateful to God for the opportunity to be amongst the living this day. . . .
I'm so thrilled because today is not just a bright day but it's a break g from the marathon rain we've had for two weeks at my state , it's been raining cat and dog , therefore obstructions on some usual activities at home and work, that's by the way too
To be precise , I want to share with you all the processes it took me to make this lovely two piece outfit for myself that serves as a cooperate wear for me at work . . . .

Although I wasn't opportuned to take many pictures while cutting because my phone was low buh I'll explain in details the processes used.
Firstly, I'll start with the shirt:
Making a shirt is one of the simplest outfit I know , the first step is to fold the material into two to cut the back, which I took my basic body measurements with a neckline of 2 half inches wide and 1half inches depth.

I cut it out and then placed it on another folded material again to cut out the front side adding two inches for the button allowance with a neckline of 2half wide and 2 inches depth and then cut it out. .

Proceeding, I moved to my sewing machine to start the sewing process. I first bent the button allowance by the exact inches I had kept to avoid shortage after which I joined the shoulders together
By now, I had already gone far in the process and this was the point I proceeded to cutting my sleeves using the armhole I have on the cloth and not normal armhole.

I moved on the joining the sleeve and the side of the shirt with the accurate allowance i had kept while cutting, and without hesitation, I added my collar too which served as the end of the top inclusive of the buttons .

I went on to cutting the skirt .
I drafted my basic measurements which involved the waist, hips , hips line and full length of the skirt and cut out, proceeding to the sewing. ..I completed everything and added my zipper

Making of this two piece took me only 5hours and I'm proud to say I'm fast and improving
This is the final result of the two piece, I really hope I did a nice job here
