I'm glad you enjoyed the food. I would love the idea of slicing off a fresh hunk of honeycomb. Here, you can buy honey at the store or local honey, but if it includes a small hunk of the honey cone in it, you are going to pay a fortune.

I was amazed at the honey comb rack having afresh one each day for breakfast. I have never seen this before and it makes the breakfast experience special. They must be getting a great deal from a local bee keeper and it is something I want to look into. 5 star hotels would jump at this concept.
