Trying To Alert Everybody

Then we went to 2 Thessalonians 2, and we saw that the Antichrist had titles of the son of perdition, the man of sin, that wicked one, and the mystery of iniquity.

I think what we did next was David 13, was it? We see that it's the beast that has seven heads that comes up out of the sea and has seven heads and ten horns. Last time we looked at how we can identify Babylon as the Antichrist when we compared the things that were literal and local in the Old Testament regarding Babylon with the New Testament, which is spiritually.

Some of the things are literal for sure, but it's spiritually known as Babylon because Babylon does not exist anymore. Now we're in David 4, identifying the Antichrist in David 4. JP, thanks for joining us.

I've been trying to alert everybody that there are study notes. If you tap on my picture and go to my profile, there is a PDF link that you can read along if you choose to. We're on the bottom of page 2, and the study is called Identifying the Antichrist in David 4.

Let's notice what condition this pure woman is in. She's about to give birth, and as we shall see, the seed represents Christ. The birth of Christ represents the change, if you will, from the Old Testament times to the New Testament times.

Of special importance is the fact that there is only one woman described from the time of the Old Testament church of faithful Israel through the phases of pagan and papal Rome right down to the remnant, the last generation of God's faithful seed known as the church. Christ has always had only one church made up of the faithful of all ages and all denominations. Clothed with the sun represents the New Testament church.
