First Week Highlights: Pasik Laban

Hello again, Hive Community!
It's been a while since I last posted here. I'm back to share a little update about my life, I'll be sharing my school life as a Lycean student. 🪷

This is the 5th day of my school year as a Lycean student, and we had a fun event called "Pasik Laban". It was so exciting, everyone was full of energy.

This is the SHL Sky Gym, where the JCLC held the event together with our seniors. They’re all so nice — very friendly and talkative. Even when you just look at them, they greet you right away. We juniors also make sure to greet them back to show our respect of course.

As a Lycean student, it’s really fun to be here because everyone is so warm and welcominggg. They won’t just ignore you — they’ll actually befriend you and make you feel included.

In the photo, That's me and my classmates. We were all enjoying the moment and just having a great time, It's nice to capture memories like this.

In this photo, our seniors were also part of the game, along with other students from the other section. It was great seeing them having fun.

This next photo is from our cheers and yells performance — and guess what? We won first place!! Our Class Mayor was so happy especially my classmates.

Also the certificate our Class Mayor received.

After that, we enjoyed a short but lively performance from the JCLC Officers and some of the school clubs. sadly, I wasn't able to take a picture.

Also, I forgot to mention — each section had their own team color.
For example, If you're from
STEM 11-A and your seniors are from STEM 12-A, you will both have the same team color and be teamed up every game. It was such a cool idea to bond with our seniors and build unity between grade levels.

Everyone was still so hyped and smiling — it was definitely so much fun for them.. well, for me, I was already exhausted from the activities and the heat. Still despite the exhaustion, I loved the energy from my classmates because they were still cheerful and smiling. Moments like these make school life more memorable

This photo was taken with our seniors after all the activities. Not only we did win for our year level, but our seniors also won for Grade 12. It was such a fun experience.

Maybe next time, it will be more fun — with louder cheers, stronger teamwork, and more memories to create together. I'm looking forward for more events like this where we can grow and bond together. 🎀
