RE: MOVIE REVIEW - “Avatar: Fire and Ash” (2025)

I really appreciate your honesty about the script being the weakest of the three. It is frustrating when a movie has 16 years of development but still relies on "recycled" ideas and a villain we have already seen twice.

They rushed too much for this installment, after taking all those time for the second one.

But still, "Goosebumps" and "3D" sounds like a solid Saturday night. Even if the script is shallow, at least Pandora still should look like a dream.

I was really expecting something much more elaborate in this sequel, especially since there was plenty of time to refine the ideas. In any case, they still managed to present (and develop, albeit slightly) new narratives and, as always, delivered a true audio-visual spectacle for the audience.

This is definitely the kind of movie that needs to be seen in a movie theater (with the best and most advanced technology available).

Yeah they had plenty of time to refine the ideas but I guess they used most of that time into the second installment. And you're right about the theatre part, should be seen on Imax, or... I don't know if there's more advanced technology available now.

Now all we can do is wait for the next two movies, and hope for something more groundbreaking.
