You cannot easily spot that you're already being manipulated. However, we can learn about they're tactics, and you can prevent becoming their victim. These people are usually narcissistic, without even examining their wrong actions. There's no remorse because they have no acknowledgement of their mistake. They only care about their beliefs, and others' opinions doesn't matter. Despite the call for apology regarding their action, they will turn to gaslighting making it appear that you're the one who wronged not them.

Saturday

We were out today to support our deaf field service. It was so hot that it gave me some headaches. Well, I can bear with this temperature than with the floods. Still having some symptoms of asthma but I'm okay.

Fishponds

As we went out for deaf field service in Binmaley, we saw the vast areas of fishponds. The water level is quite high due to high tide, as well as recent rains.
