Perspective

Sometimes, what we need to do is about changing or adjusting our perspective. We tend to complain about our life, the kind of life that others wanted to achieve. Our expectations about success may be too high, that we need to lower it. That way it won't be too painful if our expectations aren't met. Maybe we need to be more grateful about what we have and already achieved. It's about appreciation on what we already gained.

Thursday

It's been drizzling, with occasional rains, almost the entire night. I was expecting water leakage inside the house, as the ground is lower than the outside. I'm glad it didn't. But the weather is still threatening with rains, with occasional peeking of the sun.

That Old Bridge

My wife and I are able to go out for a walk again after ages. We passed by the small bridge which has been existent before I was born. It never went through replacement, but slight renovation. To be honest, it's not as beautiful as it was 5 years ago. The lamp post on each corner of the bridge are already gone.
