Nature has healing effects on us especially for our mental health. Why not have that escape to visit places mainly showing nature? Go to the beach? Why not? If you're close to the beach, take the opportunity to visit because it's free. If you're living in the countryside, there may be farmlands at the back of your home. Staying there late at night will give you a beautiful landscape. Some people even go to the mountainous areas where air is fresh, and views are so beautiful. Maybe all you need is nature.

Monday

First day of the week! So I woke up quite early but I stayed in bed. Too bad the mobile bakery didn't come. My father-in-law came to fix our tricycle, as well as the wheel of my brother's motorcycle. As expected, it's so hot today. Hoping the rain will fall in the evening, not this afternoon because I'll go out for walking.
