Infrastructures

We're currently at the province where my brother lives, and I can attest about how poor the infrastructures in our country. The only highway where we passed in Nueva Vizcaya which will take you to the northwestern part of mainland Luzon is pretty bad that it took us more than an hour in traffic due to the bad state of the road.

Wednesday

I finally had a good amount of sleep that I felt better in the morning. The brownout occurred at 7am which will be until 6pm. It usually happens in their place but it that's in our place, I can't bear with it.

We went to Tuguegarao City, which is more than two hours of travel from my brother's house. At the moment, we're on the road back to my brother's home.
