Deprived / Thursday / Exercise Before Illness Kicks In
Deprived
Many of us may have felt being deprived of a lot of things. It reminded me when I was young, my classmates talk about their grandparents and how they're close to them. I admit being envious of them because at my father's side, I never saw my grandfather who passed away early. My siblings and cousins often told me that I am my grandmother's favorite then, however, she passed when I was only two years old. My maternal grandfather died when I was 15, followed by my grandmother when I was 19. For sure I had moments with them but I haven't had that closeness with them, which I had wished I did. Might be they rarely come to visit us.
Thursday
Finally, the mobile bakery stopped by our gate, and I got to buy some. I still have colds and sore throat. It's uncomfortable especially in the morning. I hope it gets better. We'll be attending our midweek meeting in sign language later. Hopefully, the weather is good.
Exercise Before Illness Kicks In
I had lack of sleep during our sleepover at my godparents' house. Thus, I'm not feeling well which is common in my system when sleep deprived. I still went on with my walking and jogging schedule. I didn't go farther though. I walked and occasionally jogged around the park which is close to our home. It's good to exercise once you felt that a bit of illness is about to start.
It was a wise decision to get going and not give up to the feeling of being tired. I love the pictures especially the first one, so relaxing
