Chased By Dogs

It's disappointing as many dogs has been walking along the streets. I'm wondering where are the owners. I mean why do they allow their dogs like that, as they walk outside their yards. I have been chased by dogs twice already this week, and has been barking at me, not to mention the past weeks when we are chased a number of times. Owners have accountability but I don't want to get to the point of getting bitten by their dogs. Almost on a daily basus

We tried to be early but it's nice to stay in bed longer. However, I went downstairs at around 6am because we will go to Baguio City to attend the graduation of PSS. Going there we have to get something fix on the car so everything is safe as we travel uphill.

Sunday Afternoon Walk

My deaf student and I walked in this place on a Sunday afternoon to meet my wife and some friends, including deaf students. It's not festive anymore, and rainy season is about to come.
