Battle

We may encounter someone who is silently fighting a battle and trying to survive each day. At times, our good words and kind actions can save them inadvertently, and without our knowledge. That person may not seem to be struggling in life, but always remember that he can be good at concealing them. Some people are just so skillful in hiding whatever is making them down, and the reality is they're at the edge of giving up.

Thursday

The pain in my shoulder isn't as it was yesterday. Thankful for the improvement, probably due to proper positioning of pillows on my back. I'm not comfortable with one pillow, but having a big and a small one, with good position, it's better now. I hope it won't be painful tomorrow or even later. We'll be attending our midweek meeting in sign language, and I'm hoping it will not rain too.

Tall Trees and Landscape

What I love seeing in Baguio City is the landscapes along with tall trees. Actually, more trees are getting cut down as they build more buildings. Baguio City is now very congested and concrete. I hope time won't come when it will become completely a concrete jungle.
