Hello, my dear Hivers! I hope you're all having a wonderful weekend! I'm so excited because, after 10 years since her last album, one of my favorite singers, Hilary Duff, has returned to the music scene with a new single and studio album, which will be released in a few months.
Hola, mis queridos amigas hivers! Espero que estén muy bien en este fin de semana! Yo les cuento que estoy muy contenta porque, después de 10 años del lanzamiento de su último álbum una de mis cantantes favoritas, Hilary Duff ha vuelto al ruedo musical con un nuevo sencillo y álbum de estudio, el cual verá la luz en pocos meses.
The first taste of this new album came with the release of her song "Mature," which was released in November of last year. I loved it because it reminds me of her old songs with its pop/rock rhythm, while also showing a much more mature Hilary without losing her essence, and it tells us about a relationship between two people with a significant age difference.
La primicia de este nuevo álbum, nos llegó con el lanzamiento de su canción "Mature" el cual fue lanzado en noviembre del año pasado, la cual me encantó porque me recuerda a sus viejas canciones por su ritmo pop/rock a la vez que muestra a una Hilary mucho más madura sin perder su esencia, y nos habla sobre una relación entre dos personas con una diferencia de edad bastante significativa.
Although an official tracklist hasn't been revealed yet, I love that Hilary is sharing snippets of her new songs in videos on Instagram and TikTok, so I can get a pretty good idea of what to expect from the album, and I'm really excited to hear the whole thing, even though it's still more than a month until its release on February 20th, haha. Something I love about this album is that, in addition to her new songs, we'll also get new versions of her older songs, since Hilary has decided to re-record them and make them her own. I confess that this excites me even more because they bring back so many great memories from my teenage years, the time when I listened to her the most. These versions are included on the limited edition vinyl record, and I'm really excited to hear new versions of songs like "So Yesterday" and "What Dreams Are Made For". I'm seriously excited and eager to hear it, although we have to wait! And while I wait, it's been a pleasure sharing it with you all.
Aunque todavía no se ha revelado un tracklist oficial, me gusta que Hilary esté mostrando adelantos de sus nuevas canciones en videos a través de instagram y TikTok así que más o menos puedo tener una idea de que esperar del disco y de verdad me dan muchas ansias de escucharlo completo, aunque todavía falte más de 1 mes para su lanzamiento este 20 de Febrero jajaja. Algo que me encanta de este álbum es, que además de sus nuevas canciones también vamos a tener nuevas versiones de sus canciones de antaño ya que Hilary se ha decidido a regrabar nuevas versiones y hacerlas suyas, y les confieso que esto me emociona aún más porque me traen muchos buenos recuerdos de mi adolescencia, la época en la que más la escuchaba. Estas versiones están incluidas en las versión limitadas del disco en vinilo, realmente me emociona escuchar nuevas versiones de canciones como "So Yesterday" y "What Dreams Are Made For". Enserio estoy emocionada y ansiosa por escucharlo, aunque toca esperar! Y mientras espero, ha sido un placer compartirlo con ustedes.

It's great she's producing new music. I once saw a show of hers in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania way back in 2002 or 2003 I think. Wow, time sure flies. Great post!
