Turning back the hands of time

‎Archaeologist believe that the secret of the future is in the past.
‎This means you need some information about how things worked before to correct any impending doom in the future.
‎
‎For me, If travelling through time was possible, I would like to go back in time to amend or fix a lot of things in my life and family and equally bring back some friends.
I believe that time, opportunities and chances lost can never be regained.
‎
‎Today so many people are suffering for the mistakes they did In the past or the opportunity they missed either through carelessness or ignorance.
‎My life's journey has seriously been impeded due to wong decisions and circumstances. Let me share a little with you.

‎My career journey hasn't gone has planned. I had planned on going into the medical field to either become a physician or a pharmacist. However, I know I didn't have the quality of education I needed to go through this field.

Just as the foundation of a building is important, so is education especially at the basic level. I know how I struggled through my school years in secondary school, as much as some of the teachers did their best, there were still systemic lapses. The school, from the structure, environment didn't support effective learning. I literally struggled to pass my entrance exam to university, I had low score which couldn't push me to my dream course.
The basic knowledge i needed to push further wasn't there. Anyways, that's what my parents could afford. So there was really no choice for me
I had to blend into the system.

My final certificate exam for secondary school was terrible. I performed abismally poor. Even my parents couldn't blame me so much when they saw the results.

They had to restrategize to see how they could push me further. Deep down the saw the sincerety in my heart to learn, but like the Bible would say ' the spirit was willing but the flesh was weak"

Thank Hod for the extra effort and sacrifices they made to help me go further. I passed at the second trial tjough not with excellent performance.

This is just one of the many things i would have loved to go back in time to change.
However since this is only an imagination, i am not allowing this to deter my efforts to building a bright and better future.
